Great hospitality, warm welcome and called several times to check at what will we arrive at and also accommodated us even though we were late. They advised on which places to go and also to check on the weather as well as best restaurants around.

I stayed at Panorama Guest House for 9 days. The location is amazing - right next to the mountain. Herman and Kesh were very welcoming. My room was clean, the sunroom kitchen/living room area had a magnificent view of the city, and there was a super warm blanket and heater to help keep me comfortable during the cold nights in June/July. There are excellent home-made breakfast options and delicious coffee to help start your day. The room was kept tidy and clean when i went out, and there were great in house laundry options.
I went on a guided hike on the Newlands Forest Trail with Herman, which starts right behind the guest house. There were breathtaking scenes all along the trail, and it is flexible in that there are different route and length options for beginner to expert hikers. I hiked for about 2 hours, but people at different experience and fitness levels should all experience this beautiful forest trail. There were some serene places to relax next to streams of water during which Herman played his homemade flute to add to the atmosphere. I cannot recommend the hike enough!

The hosts were so wonderful, always willing to go an extra mile to assist, and always smiling. It was really an excellent stay and we would definitely choose the guesthouse every time we land in Cape Town. Many thanks to both Herman and Kshetra for their hospitality 😊

The guest house is in an incredibly beautiful location and very safe neighbourhood. Parking was road-side with a steep walk to the guest house. The hosts observed all COVID protocals. I had a comfortable night and very delicious omelette cooked to perfection by Herman - thank you!

I was staying at Panorama Guest house for 10 days and was really well taken cared of and entertained by the friendly hosts Herman and Evan. The views are absolutely spectacular, I would wake up in the mornings to watch the sunrise over the city, and in the evenings the lights were shining and was very atmospheric. The place has such tranquility to it, feels like you’re at a yoga retreat. Love the fact that the National Forrest is right in the backyard as well, you can go for walks/hikes to enjoy the fresh air and the beautiful mountain views. My room was very bright and spacious, there are a lot of cosy spots to hang out, like a hammock on the balcony or downstairs by the pool. Was sad to leave this oasis, look forward coming back again in the future!! Love

Beautiful location at the foot of Table Mountain. Our host, Herman, was most welcoming and understanding of our unique requests. He made us a scrumptious breakfast. Our stay was very good. The room was clean with everything that we needed, and more!

Das Unterkunft besteht aus mehreren großen Appartements mit einwandfreier Ausstattung. Die Zimmer haben einen traumhaften Blick auf Kapstadt sowie die Aufenthaltsräume, Terrasse und der Pool. Die gesamte Anlage ist ruhig und sehr gepflegt. Frühstück wird individuell für jeden Gast frisch zubereitet. Flugtickets können ausgedruckt werden. Bei der Planung von Ausflügen wird geholfen. Gesicherte Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall nächstes Jahr wieder kommen!!!!
