We totally enjoyed our stay made awesome by the friendly couple who own it Hans & Regine. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with plenty storage. I had deep sleeps each night on the very comfy bed. Breakfast was freshly prepared each morning and perfectly cooked. We had a mini fridge that was just great as we were able to stock our own drinks and snacks that we purchased outside the guest house. We were subjected to absolutely beautiful views from our bedroom.....night time was spectacular. Absolutely recommend this property which is close to shopping centres, 16 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from the Kirstenbosch gardens on the slopes of table mountain. ..great location .

My husband and I stayed at Panorama for three nights in Dec 2014 / Jan 2015. The location is great - easy access to all main centers. Rooms are clean and comfortable, the pool area is great. Breakfast was tasty, and Hans and Regine were really helpful with hiking routes and lunch packs. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a warm friendly guest house in a wonderful position on the slopes of Table Mountain with stunning views over the city, especially at night. Situated in a quiet road in Newlands it offers very comfortable well appointed en- suite rooms, some rooms also have self catering facilities. Hans and Regine are great hosts and a mine of information both local and further afield, making plans with them over a delicious breakfast is a perfect way to start the day. From Panorama its easy to visit the many attractions in Cape Town and also the wine lands further inland. For hikers you are already on the mountain with all the well marked paths. I would definitely recommend staying at Panorama.

This beautifully appointed guest house nestling in the foothills of Table Mountain is an ideal location for a visit to Cape Town. It has quick and easy access to links to all the major attractions. Situated in an attractive and very quiet cul -de- sac, the house is light and airy with magnificent veiws over the city. The en- suite bedrooms are spacious and very well equipped all with wonderful views. The hosts, Hans and Regine are extremely helpful and friendly and will make your stay a very pleasant experience. 5 stars.

Had the pleasure of staying two nights and appreciated the hospitality, the wonderful position giving access to Newlands Forest without the need to drive anywhere and the breathtaking vista's. Makes total sense now that its called Panorama Guest Lodge....

The service was excellent, only thing i can recommend is that your rooms are very outdated, almost like visiting grandma in the old age home, even if you buy some nice cushions from Mr Price home and here and there some artificial flowers it will light the room more and will be more "cozy"
