The reception staff and security were welcoming and friendly. I had a horrible experience with the restaurant. I ordered food and the food never came. I enquired and just found out that the waiter forgot about me after a good hour of waiting. The service at the restaurant is pathetic
The hotel is modern and well furnished and has friendly and helpful staff, it was nice to see that the bedroom had a flat panel TV and also 2 usb charging sockets. Checkout is by 11.00 and bags can be stored in a secure room.
Speedy assistance from hotel staff. They were very accommodating. But they should review their breakfast times. Breakfast time cannot end at 9.30 am during the week and 10 am on weekends. Otherwise, very peaceful place.
Neat, friendly staff, free wi-fi, can even order food from other food franchise shop around and be delivered to your room, we were offered an extra blanket when we asked because the weather at night was chilly
Situated in a busy part of town getting to the hotel is tricky, even with GPS Got to the hotel and there was Nobody at the gate. Rang the buzzer for an obscenely long time before the boom finally opened. Used the elevator and it was faulty, door opening and closing while I was in. Honestly was afraid I would spend the night in the elevator The guy bringing my sandwich was nice though.
