Detailed Reviews
The hotel is part of a very good chain; we stay here practically overnight before our intercontinental flight in the morning,
; very large and modern installations; good cost-benefit, includes a large full-equipped kitchen. It’s a bit isolated, however has a nice shopping Mall and several top restaurants (it’s a Business district) just 5 min off.
The breakfast is fine (included); The hotel offers convenient free transfer for the locations nearby.
We stayed with our 2 teens, They gave us a fantastic double rooms with a common living room and kitchen in between, plenty of space and privacy. We were gifted with nice fruits in the fridge. Thanks

Good place to be at. Near to the mall, friendly staff and excellent facilities. The gym is great for keeping fit. Like the room facilities; stove, microwave, tea/coffee and pots in case you want to do your own cooking.

The one bedroom apartments and studios are great . Reception staff super helpful
Location is great and handy to any where - great view on western side . Free secure parking. Breakfast included but they need lessons on egg cooking

Thanks for the great review. I'm sorry the eggs weren't to your liking. For your next visit, please be advised that you can order eggs to suit your preferences. Have a wonderful week. Warm regards Amy Hart

So i went to do some shopping when I came back the safe was no longer opening. It just kept on saying error. I wanted to catch a flight so I got the more delayed whilst we were waiting for the master key. Another thing, the aircon wasn't working properly. Also, the breakfast if you go a bit late you will find that they've finished all the food. I requested poached eggs, the eggs just had too much water.

The room was really hot, the air conditioning clearly does not support the size of the suite in their 1BR units where we stayed.
Poor front desk hospitality skills, we forgot our passports in the safe and only realized at the airport. I have called them from the airport explaining the situation and asked if someone could send our passports if I called a Uber or using their van usually parked in front of the hotel to take the guests wherever they want to in a 5km range. I asked them at least to meet us halfway which was refused.
After making us go back from the airport (30 min drive), when I was about to arrive, I asked the front desk to at least wait for us in the front gate - which they didn't and I had to run to the front back and get back to the car in order to drive another 30 minutes do the airport and attempt to check-in in our international flight back home.
I had a spetacular stay with this chain in Cape Town but I will definitely never ever come back to this place in JoBurg, terrible sleep experience with a weak air conditioning and terrible staff lacking the basics of hospitality

Clinical environment down to the antiseptic smell that hit me when I entered the room. No, I'll not stay here again. Upon arrival I was pointed to my room (take the lift through there to 119). The room was still in the process of being serviced when I walked in. The room locked me out when I left (reception thought the problematic door lock had been attended to). My new room had the view not of the garden (which I had paid for) but a construction site. The bedside light was missing its power supply which - after I kindly turned it over for the cleaning staff to see the next day, was returned to its upright position (without a power supply) the next day. Day 2 my room was again being services at 16h00 when I returned.
As a business accommodation the internet is home-quality and very insecure; even my bank refused to open citing security concerns. The "desk" is a 350mm shelf.
Oh, and there is no hot blanket (and Joburg is currently +2C).

The hotel itself doesn't look to be a nad property but looks to have been neglected. some areas around the door hinges the walls are not clean, my bed sheets were not changed for about 3 days, the TVs in the rooms are also very small and practically hard to watch but the staff are friendly and very helpful. Gym also needs investment. Breakfast is the same everyday. The cab driver who picked me when I checked out surprisingly was able to tell me what kind of breakfast is served there everyday!!

Enjoyed my stay with five friends, it is in close proximity to malls and public transport. The pool and gym are a good touch. I just hope minor things such as dish cloths will be available in the near future.

Clean, safe, modern hotel -which hosted all the travellers that were flying back from Johannesburg to UK on chartered flight, for the one night. Well organised. Food had to be served in take away style and brought to rooms, due to the national restrictions of lockdown, as these are unprecedented times. friendly staff. I cant comment about the area or surroundings, as we coudnt go out to explore.

This was the second time I stayed at the Capital on Bath and the first time, a week ago, I left my hair curlers behind. No ordinary hair appliance but a Dyson AirWrap and I only noticed when I packed on Sunday evening. Never in a million years did I think I would get it back, but I was wrong. Housekeeping had carefully packed it and kept it and it was returned to me this morning.
Hats off - we sometimes think that honesty is lacking in South Africa, but not by this team.
I've found the staff very pleasant, the rooms clean, the breakfast good. Nothing to complain about - but this piece of service is outstanding, anywhere in the world.
Thank you Team Capital on Bath.

I do not think so.
I am not sure as I went with my own car. Maybe you can find out from the hotel.
Yes it does!
Not sure to be honest...best check with the hotel directly.
