Not at all like the pictures. We stayed in room 25, which had a wafting sewage smell coming in from the bathroom that made it extremely unpleasant. Apart from the constant traffic noise, what I’m presuming to be the “roboguard” alarm kept going off at night. This would be then followed by security having a big chat at top volume, further inhibiting sleep. We were two adults and a child, but only two towels were provided. We had to ask repeatedly before an additional towels sent. The free breakfast is also not worth mentioning, unless you like burnt omelettes dripping with oil.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone as our stay was not a pleasant one. We had booked for a weekend stay with the girls. We arrived and checked it went to our rooms. The water was not hot, water was not flowing well in the bath tub. We asked for extra blankets and electric blanket but we where told house keeping was closed. That was really shocking because clearly they could make a plan as they have the keeps to get the extra blankets, they just didn't want to give us period. I have worked in the hotel industry for 8 years and i know reception can easily assist with that even when housekeeping is not available. The rooms need new painting, the old rusty stuff needs to be dusted before clients check in. They where so may flies in the restaurant when we had breakfast which was a big turn off for us. We did not receive our welcome drinks and wine. JP needs to up his game because this was really the worst girls trip of our life considering that we where celebrating our birthdays. NOT HAPPY AT ALL SHAME

Upon our arrival the hotel had no record of our reservation, even though we had the confirmation in our hand. After quite a while we were eventually given room 6. Unfortunately this room shares a dry wall with some or other staff working area, and we were woken up by what sounded like some disgruntled employees before 6:00 am on a Sunday morning. If you are not part of the function being held on site also note that you will hear the music until it dies down. The room was also in need of some maintenance. Well priced, but we will not visit again.
