They took money from my account an amount of R900, I had booked for the 12th-14th of January 2021, and cancellation fee was R630, I've been begging them for my refund of R270, they even started blueticking me on WhatsApp, I've lost my R900 to them, for crying out loud I'm a student, that refund of R270 would've done so much difference. Seems like they are robing people off since its lockdown and they not making any profit. I wish I had read the reviews before losing my allowance to these opportunists! Some places offer free cancellation till a few days before checking in, but with them cancellation it over 50%, even if you've booked for the upcoming 7-8 months. Do yourself a favour, read the reviews, and don't be a victim!

Bad reception, had to wait outside the gate for half an hour. Rooms are tiny, beds are uncomfortable, cant bath or shower, no water pressure, we had to beg for a bath plug and the owner even dared to offer us a bucket to was in. No breakfast included, never going there again

Filthy, dirty, disorganised, broken down place, not at all like website. 2 websites 2 different names same pics. Will be reporting to Tourism Board, Consumer Council & Police. Fraudsters, stay away!!!

terrible place to sleep, torn and worn out headboard, dirty and itchy sheets, discolored chair, dirty floors, no towels, broken toilet seats,dirty walls, crack in the wall we could see and hear the neighbors through the cracks seriously! never again this place needs a serious reno. we paid for full kitchenette and breakfast, but none was provided, not even a kettle, coffee or teabag ...unbelievable! do they even have a license to operate that place???!!!!!

Booked this due to being close to Ticketpro dome and breakfast option selected to be included. Moved to another address, then an issue with breakfast now not included. Double room with only one set of towels and one cup. Really bad bad choice!!
