Detailed Reviews
The location of the hotel is of major concern to many people as it is in a rough part of Jozi (park station). Spent a night here on my way to Nairobi from Gaborone, Botswana. The rooms are clean ad are equipped with key less entry systems.
The best thing is, the hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the gautrain park station and the main bus park. Is also conveniently close to a couple of malls. Word of advice be at the hotel before 6pm as the vicinity is not the safest place on earth.

It was a comfortable night, for the budget price but the cleaning staff in the morning can make a lot of noise.its like they are in there own homes,i had to wake up early because of that but the place is warm and compact, pretty comfortable.

The reception was warm, friendly , had thorough knowledge of the environment and was quick to attend to me. They gave us freedom they were not in our face all the time. The advice for people is that Park Station is a bit hectic be there early before the sun goes down. the room was clean , lack of DSTV was the only issue my friend had.

I went there for carling black label cup with my friends from Botswana on the 30th of July 2016 and the reception was of high standard.I also want to state that this was not our first trip there and we really love the place as it is very convenient and near to the shops that we normally visit for our lunch. All of the rooms are very clean either the smoking or non smoking.I wont hesitate to recommend others to go there.Security is there and the place is safe.

I was appalled by the service that we received. I understand that we had to check out at 12, my problem however was that when we exceeded the time by 10 minutes we were told to finish packing outside. My husband however refused and asked that if they wanted us to pack outside they had to help us instead. We were chased out like dogs who had stayed for the night at the mercy of the hotel. I was utterly disgusted because we had a little baby and no one bothered to ask why we had taken a long time instead we had everyone from the cleaning staff to the security guard yelling at us to get out every second they got. I would like clarity on the policy of checking out,is someone that is late to check out supposed to be forcefully removed from your premises or is there a process around that scenario. Surely you ought to treat your customers right and not treat them like dirt.
