The wifi was not working. The kitchen could use some improvement. Bathroom basin was leaking. Curtains are dark, no form of sunlight or proper fresh air circulation, we could not make up is it's day or night time while inside the room.

Jack rose got amazing and welcoming stuffs the place is very clean and very convenient close to the zone mall and a lot of restaurants if you happen to be a foodie person I enjoyed my stay all in all .

We have been on our own. No one cares about us. We basically have to buy the basic stuff your facility should have provided us with. It's hard to understand why it's so. We have paid for a month. Disappointed!

Stayed for the first time for 2 nights, the place is very near to the rosebank mall and the gautrain station, the location is awesome and the rooms are big and very spacious with a balcony. The place neat and tidy and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my stay. The next time I travel to joberg I shall make a point to stay here again.

Jack Rose Inn - conveniently located. Affordable accommodation. Rooms are spacious. 24hr security personnel. Breakfast included in price. Small fridge in room. TV. Good for traveller with a tight budget. No gym. No swimming pool. No electric blanket.
