It was a pleasant stay in the hotel. The restaurant & reception staffs are cooperative. The place is clean and location is excellent. There are shops and amenities near by which was very useful during my tenure there.

I love the serenity of the environment and the easy connection to must of my area of interest in joburg.......... i like the self catering facility and the friendly staffs, they made my stay comfortable.... The rooms are clean and comfortable.

This is a beautifull hotel with a lot of potential. The maintenance and housekeeping is unfortunately lacking. Dirty carpets, marks on upholstered furniture, broken coffee machine in room, tattered in room gowns, towels that is past there sellbuy date, prevents this property from being excellent! We attended a function, and I was impressed with the service of the banqueting staff

The website boasts so much but I was highly disappointed open arrival and my 3 week stay. A few items were not working in the room and the door knob to the one bedroom was also broken. It's an okay place if you're looking for a temporary apartment when relocating or possibly just looking to get away, definitely not a place to go to simply to relax and get pampered

Could do with a lot of maintenance. Second stay there and seems nothing has really changed from a maintenance point of view in four months. Fan in room broken. Same as during last stay in different room. No back up generator. Without electricity for 8 hours on day of arrival.

I've checked in and the receptionist helped me to order food and helped me with my bags and the service was excellent. I will tell everyone about this Excellent hotel. The rooms are very clean and neat.

I loved the apartment especially since coming to SA to work. the service was particularly excellent and very friendly staff. the apartment was huge and the only criticism was the lack of air con which made being indoors unbearable at times. otherwise, great location, amenities in and out of the compound. definitely recommended for business!

I stayed on my first visit to Johannesburg. My office had booked this place as this is very near to the client office. The property is well done with good open spaces between villas. Each villa has 4 service apartments. Each one has 2 rooms with an open kitchen and a hall. One room is decent sized but the second room is quite small. They have under floor heater to keep the rooms warm during winter. The kitchen is stocked with cutlery. However, since we occupied multiple rooms, we realised that not all rooms have the same cutlery. We had to request for few of the cutlery. Our rooms had blinds and these blinds were in poor shape. Since the rooms were east facing, the sun light was in the room and the blinds were not good enough to stop the light early in the morning. This becomes a problem on weekends. The refrigerator was also not upto the mark. Some of the compartments were broken and hence not usable. For instance, we couldn't keep bottles as there was no compartment as it was broken. There are very few channels though there are 3 TVs in the apartment. However, they were kind enough to show the IPL and other cricket matches. They clean the room everyday which is good as being alone, the room and the apartments become quite dirty. They have a restaurant on the property. However, the room service has limited items on the menu. There is a super market right across the road. There is also a coffee shop. So, from a location prespective, it's quite good. They must buck up on the facilities they provide in terms of infrastructure.

"The 3 bedroom loft suites are amazing, choose the ones near the swimming pool in the North east corner. There is beautiful on-suite bathrooms, balconies and a loft to work in."
