Great location and staff. Could see how people who are afraid of dogs may not enjoy this accommodation but we love dogs so had no problem with they. As described wifi is turned off at 11 and on again at 8. We found the detached room to be very cold and that’s saying something for a Canadian,

The Rottweiler chewed up my baggage and my shirt. Hans, the manager, complained about having to fix it. Very cheap and bad attitude. Also, he only reimbursed me $3 for a $13 shirt his dog ripped through. Also, even though they provide airport service, Hans sent the driver 3 hours late. I wrote to the owners to compensate me, but they never did. I didn't think that was right. I think the owners would be better getting a new manager.

Nice bar, wifi, decent rooms. Excellent value for the money. They even picked me up at the airport. No alarm clock is necessary for early risers as noisy birds begin at first light. If I return to Johannesburg I will definitely stay there again.

we as a couple stayed here for 2 nights in a private room. Quite economical place. its an old british bunglow, very well maintained rooms, kitchen and they have a small circular pool. also a small bar and pool table for a perfect hangout. felt like home. kitchen is well equipped if one wants to use it. overall good value for money. highly recommended for budget backpackers.

Stayed 2 nights here with my partner in a private room. Room was large and clean and was R520, quite reasonable! Staff picked us up from the airport and offered us a discounted taxi drop off at the bus station when we left. They also recommended nearby places to eat and organised taxis for us. Quite place with no problem. We even failed to lock the room properly and came back after a day to find everything as we had left! Dogs are friendly too and the pool was clean but we didn't use it.
