The venue was close to a concert we were attending so we only booked two rooms for one night.
The owners are friendly and went out of their way to make sure our stay was top class. Brilliant service by all the staff. The venue is clean and well maintained. We were accommodated early as per our request and thrilled to stay here. It is central and close to many local amenities.
The rooms are large and comfortable and well designed. There are kitchenettes perfect for longer stays. The garden and pool area is beautiful. We did not have enough time to fully enjoy the venue but we plan to visit soon and spend more time.
The breakfast on the patio was fantastic. Great care was taken to ensure our stay was to the highest standard. The venue is star 5 in all aspects and I highly recommend it.

Stunning, upmarket, clean, affordable accommodation. Rasheed is the host with the most, what an amazingly genuine, friendly and welcoming person. I would recommend Villa MikaMora to everybody, it is beautiful, tranquil and certainly a step above the rest. The villas are modern, clean, spacious, and central to the Johannesburg area, you certainly feel like you have stepped into a little piece of heaven when walking into Villa MikaMora. This is a perfect spot for a group/family - holiday stay, a business stay or just a leisurely stay. We will certainly be back again and will even look at making it our staple on our travels. Villa MikaMora is a jewel in the travel industry, in Randburg. We were warmly welcomed by the owner, Rasheed Kathrada. He is guest- centric. There is nothing that was beyond his control. All one needed to do is ask. The accommodation is of the highest quality, very upmarket. The units offer the option of self-catering facilities. There is also the option of having catering provided.The guests have to request this the day before. The dining room overlooks a swimming pool, which is set in a beautiful garden. I will not hesitate to return, if and when the need arises.

This was my third stay at Villa MikaMora, and it never disappoints. Rasheed is a wonderful host who makes every effort to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The units are spacious, clean and well-maintained. The Villa is central with a shopping complex conveniently situated nearby.

We had an extremely comfortable stay. Warm host who went out of his way to ensure that we felt at home. The room was comfortable and very clean. Great ambience and unique setting. Very central location which was convenient. Would definitely recommend.

I stayed there for two extended weekends while attending a course at the Catholic University of South Africa next door. I admit that I had chosen the accommodation just because it was the closest to the university. I was most pleasently surprised what a wonderful, well equipped and most comfortable place this is. Just the swimming pool is closed and covered now in winter and the "pool view" promised in the description was less attractive. All in all: A highly recommendable venue!
