Our amazing garden is just the place to relax, read a book or magazine or do some yoga or just relax and listen to the birds singing their beautiful melodies. Airport Gardens has 34 Luxury rooms – from Presidential suites to self-catering rooms and can sleep 72 people while all rooms can be converted into twin rooms. Our four “state of the art” conference and wedding venues can cater for up to 250 people. Not to mention our beautiful Gazebo that will add lots of flair to your function and will do any ceremony justice.

The Airport Gardens Boutique Hotel is located near the airport and that makes it an excellent stay for the travellers. What makes a great difference is the Manager. He made my stay excellent. I will come again.

The place was beautiful. The TV wasn't that clear and there were very limited channels. The aircon was very noisy. The reception guy (not sure if he's the host) keep referring to us as "these" people. The room was small with limited facilities. The towels looked dirty and the wardrobe shelves were so damaged.

It was home away from home and the staff was excellent, especially the reception lady who made our stay very comfortable. The rest of the staff was just as helpful and they never made us feel uneasy. I will come back again most definitely! Thank you AGBH

It is disappointing when one's stay is marred by a number of small issues that point to poor management ... understaffed reception, a curtain falling off the rail, a shower mat with holes in it, towels that is threadbare, bathroom shelf and rails that are loose. These all detract from a comfortable bed and clean space. Billed as a "Boutique Hotel". I am not so sure. Common guys. You can do better than this.

Whilst settling in room 19 the extraction fan fell from the ceiling dangling on its electical cord, luckily we just finished in bathroom, everything was full of dust. We were moved to another room and saw the extraction fan cover already missing. Very nice hotel but maintenance is poor

Arrived Here today with Really bad reception Two small tables at reception with one gentleman lying in the chair for the Guests listening to radio on his phone on speaker Then walked to the room with the staircase carpet torn and scuffed on all steps The shower was not clean and then I was greeted by the BED - eish eish The sheets was Dirty brown with hands wiped The sheet was also upside down. The pillow cases was so dirty it looked like it wasn’t washed for days - the pillow cases was thin and you could see the pillow with huge brown marks and blue marked on some of the other pillows

On arrival, the stuff a very surprised, that we come. The Hotel is overbooked. Our confirmed reservation was forgot. The stuff was not able to find a free accomation in the region. They offer only a Hotel 20 km away. So we do by our self, we found directly a free room 2,5 km away.

• I was locked in the room, I had to request assistance to open the door, I have a video as proof • The aircons were not in working order,I have an image of the fan they provided, a mini hand fan, seriously this was handed to me for ventilation • Bathrooms don’t work properly. • There were no windows in his room therefore there was a ventilation issue • I checked out a day early and was credited as I had requested to be re-imbursed . There was no hot water in the bathrooms
No apology to-date has been received from this establishment even thou they have been rated by me and a complaint was submitted via the travel agent we used

you are not honest regarding your hotel, too much noise, its not place to do business accommodation at all. it supposed to be a cool place. the pictures u have entered is not your hotel i felt not safe. just upgrade your hotel.
