Very cosy, feels like home could use abit more touch ups but other than that its great.
Service is friendly but at times slow.

Cleanliness isnt really a problem, once again just abit more push.
Where its located, its very safe and quite they shouldnt ever move they situated in the right place, right spot.

We chose MNNGH because of the efficient & easy internet booking facility & the proximity to where we needed to be. Lovely setting & facilities BUT: the hot water gas was not properly switched on the 1st night resulting in "hot & cold showers"; the WiFi connection, albeit free, was slow; a towel fitting fell off the wall; the contents of a storage room were all over the driveway. However, the owner efficiently dealt with all complaints, we understand that the booking was at an awkward period & we felt that received value for money. We look forward to lounging at the pool next time we visit (the weather didn't play along this time!).

staying there was great. The area has some peace and quite. Serves nice breakfast, can improve by serving supper optional though. Increase the number of channels on Dstv. The restrooms are too small, in Room 3.

Probably one of the worst accomodations out there. On a recent trip visiting various towns in GP we had the unfortunate experience of spending the night and morning here. Extremely tiny rooms, unkept, cob webs, no hot water and worst of all bed bugs (of which we are still suffering with the bites). All attempts to contact the owners have also been unsuccessful and from what we hear from staff the owners simply do not care about improving the situation regardless of how many complaints are put forth to them. Save yourself the unpleasant experience and pay a bit more elsewhere if you have to. Unfortunately we had made the mistake of booking and paying online before seeing the place. A lesson well and truly learned.

This place was just a nightmare. I arrived at 3pm to find my room was still not ready. The ladies were bust cleaning. I was put into another room. Although one of the cleaning ladies insisted I "wait" for my room to be cleaned. This after a 8 hour trip. The white sheets and pillows on the bed had visibly brown spots. The door go the bathroom was filthy to say the least. Just full of stains. The place felt unclean and uncomfortable. The spoons, knives prvoided were dirty. I had to wash them myself in the bathroom sink. In the evening as I was trying to study there were random men talking quiet loud till the early hours of the morning. This started at about 11pm till 2-3am. I would not advise anyone to stay here. It was a complete disaster. I was just happy to leave first thing in the morning. The pictures you see on the website are nothing compared to the actual condition of the guesthouse.

I checked in at night only to find that there is no electricity, the people in there were even in there, I had to wait and wait, I had know I would have booked this place. They failed to find the keys for the room we had booked, some rooms even smelt cigarretes. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone disgusting services.
