I stayed there for two nights and it was a Home away from home - and what a paradise experience in the heart of Katu. My stay was something I've never experienced before from a guesthouse. I was warmly welcomed and the food was excellent of highest standards. This was indeed a gorgeous place i thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I will absolutley recommend to visit Devosrus B&B Guest House in Katu .

So incredibly well run, Maria Nenkov has every reason to be proud of her establishment. A wonderfully warm room on a cold winter night, attention to all details that matter to a traveller provided by a caring committed owner, freshly cut fruit and delicious warm breakfasts are all the hallmarks of an exceptional guesthouse. A memorable experience in Bloemfontein.

We were in this guesthouse while visiting family in Bloemfontein over Christmas. Svetlana went out of her way to make us comfortable. The large swimming pool was a big bonus for our kids and their cousins in the extremely hot weather. The tasty breakfast with generous portions kept the teenage boys going for the day. We shall return!

After travelling down from Plettenburg Bay, we had booked an air bnb which was unfortunately not up to standard. We ended up calling Svetlana at 9pm asking for availability to stay the night. Svetlana was superb! She accommodated all 5 of us in 2 of her rooms, met us to settle us in close to 10pm on a Sunday night. The rooms were clean and comfortable which was just what we needed after a long trip on the road. She set up breakfast the next morning fit for a King just for us as we were the only ones staying at Arista. Svetlana, thank you so much for your hospitality and kindness, we will be sure to make use of your guesthouse the next time we pass through.
