I was had long day journey, and my expectations for the service we not met. Had unwelcoming experience at the breakfast. I expected better service from Tsogo Sun. Maybe the hotel was busier than usual, but it was my first time in Bloemfontein.tx
We were very disappointed with the room quality, old... needs to be re-rated. bathrooms were substandard ..the standard at the garden courts I visited surpassed this hotel by far. Apparently there is only one paraplegic friendly room this hotel...My nephew is deaf , blind, mute…
excellent place, peaceful, friendly staff and i enjoyed my stay as usual. i just still do miss the old restaurant but the food is still good. The gateway directly to the mall is a great innovation, i used it in the past but couldn't this time around due to my schedule.
