Within 3 – 5 minutes you can walk to the club house, the beach, shops, restaurants and coffee shops. Here among the graceful thatch roof homes next to the waters edge, is a haven of peace and tranquillity. The staff was very friendly, the room comfortable, the breakfast good. The guesthouse in a quiet place, also suitable for our little dogs who were travelling with us. We felt safe, which is not obvious for so many places. Too bad we could only stay one night.

Great location in central St Francis with easy access to all the points of interest in and around the village. St Francis has much to offer. It's great for water sport like surfing, stand up paddling, canoeing, and surfski paddling.

This place is a real gem in Cape st Francis. Close to the shops and municipal golf course. We stayed for two nights and Lorrainne, the host went out of her way to accommodate us. She even offered to do our restaurant bookings. Breakfast was outstanding and the rooms neat and tidy and included a king size bed. From our room it open up in the courtyard with a lovely swimming pool. The property is situated in a quieter part of Cape st Francis and the music from local pubs and disco’s were hardly hearable. Safe parking of the street are also included in this deal. Lorraine will definitely see us again.

We loved the property and it’s location and could not have asked for a better and friendlier hostess. Breakfast was great! Peaceful and calm, pool was clean and refreshing. All in all - perfect and we would be more than happy to stay again. Recommended.

Charming hostess who was so helpful about local amenities. Room very comfortable going onto beautiful gardens and veranda area. superb breakfast choice and hostess went out of her way to accommodate my dietary requirements. Only disappointment was very limited television channel choice.

Quaint, neat and quiet. Perfectly located with good service from Mimi & Loraine. There was however a man that claimed to work there who kept begging for money. This made us feel slightly uneasy as he was on the property. Otherwise everything was very nice.

The perfect spot for an overnight or a couple of days in Cape St Francis. The accommodation facilities and breakfast were excellent and the staff were all particularly friendly and helpful. The location is very close to the town and beaches whilst lovely and quiet surrounded by a golf-course. Wifi worked perfectly.

We were made to feel like we were home away from home. Loraine went out of her way to make sure we are comfortable at all times. Excellent staff as well. Loved our stay. Great value for money. I am sure my next stop in St Francis Town will gladly stay in the same place. Loraine knows area and tourism industry so well she directed us to appropriate excursions suited for family. Excellent host beyond the words can explain.
