We are regular and repeat customers to Mother Goose and we are so happy to say that the quality and commitment from Walter and Deline has remained consistent. The space is spotlessly clean, we get a warm welcome and breakfast in the morning is always a good serving of home cooked food with lovely home made bread. Off street secure parking, well furnished rooms and kitted with what is needed. We certainly hope we will be back again soon.

Stunning setting with amazing countryside feel. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The hosts are very hands on and attentive to their guest’s needs. We were treated every morning to a delicious breakfast. It is about 15 minutes from Woodridge College where our son was playing in a sports festival, so the location was very convenient. I will definitely stay here again.

We have just returned form a three week trip to South Africa. We flew to Joberg and headed to Cape Town via Durban and Port Elizebeth. When on our travel we stay in various types of accomodation enroute and finish off in a nice city centre hotel for some R&R before a longish flight home ( on this occasion we had driven just over 3500kms).

On this trip we stayed at Mother Goose B & B in Blue Horizon Bay with Deline and Walter for a couple of nigthts. What a place, we would have stayed longer if we had known what we know now. Both Deline and Walter we the perfect hosts. Accomodation is in beautiful log cabins that are absolutly spotless and equiped with everything you need. The cabins are all slightly different and modern. A big plus is there is NO TV just the majical views down the valley to the sea.

I have stayed a Mother Goose three times now, and feel it is long overdue that say something about this magnificent B&B run by Deline and Walter.
The accommodation is in wooden chalets with everything you need right there in the spacious and spotless chalet.
Breakfast is huge big variety, freshly baked bread, brewed coffee served in several courses.
The hosts Deline and Walter go out of their way to make every visit a special occasion - really, I just can’t say enough about this wonderful place and these wonderful hosts.

Wow what a place!!! Hosts Walter and Deline could not have done more to make our stay perfect. Our cabin was wonderful and very comfy and extremely spacious with a amazing view over the farm and out to the sea in the distance. Breakfasts at Mother Goose were a great way to start each day. Walter baked a different fresh bread every day and Deline made a different hot breakfast each morning. The peace and tranquility of the place is second to none and the personal friendly service we received have made Mother Goose a firm favourite for us and we can't wait to visit again.

What a place - 3 cabins, each one different. All wooden, and everything you could need for a quiet break (No TVs), just you, nature and silence. The duck/fish ponds and farm life is so close at hand. Stunning views of the sea and woodlands.

Walter was the perfect host. Nothing was too much trouble, he was so friendly and helpful.

Will definitely be stopping over there again, when I am in PE.

We have been few days ago the 5th time at Mother Goose since 2014.
That tells much. We feel at home when Deline and Walter welcome us on his farm and wonderful wooden chalet. Clean, quiet and a wonderful view over the farmland has made our stay always special. Walter has repaired my golftrolly twice (2 different subjects) and at least the frame of my wifes glases. All his work is perfect --as farmers
have to do one's own cooking!! We honour this with our "coming back".

What an amazing place. We were impressed from the minute we arrived. Our room was fantastic - views were stunning - breakfasts delicious. Thank you Walter and Deline for a memorable time in PE. Peaceful, relaxing and beautiful. We spent three nights here - wished it was longer. We will definitely return when we come over to PE again.

Spotless log cabin accommodation. Tranquil setting with great view of the valley.
Friendly welcoming owners serve a full English breakfast with flexible times which suited us. Recommended for people wanting peace and quiet.

We have to thank the Passets for an absolutely wonderful stay in Port Elizabeth. From the comfort of the chalet and all the little extras to make it special to the warmth of their hospitality.
To wake up and have our coffee on the deck overlooking the valley was so good for our souls.
We want to thank you and assure you that when we visit Port Elizabeth again we will definitely be staying at Mother Goose
