I enjoyed my stay there. My accommodation of choice. It gives the big hotels a run for their money. I recommend it. About 3 minutes drive from the beach. In the quiet part of the clcity. Ideal for couples, solo even family travels.

I don't think I got the executive suite as what the booking indicated. Was given a very small room. On arrival we were all allocated our rooms by a very not-so-friendly lady. The breakfast was also average with the attendants also getting the orders wrong.

The slot meganism didn’t work, aircon was leaking inside the room, shower gave electrical pulse when you touched the faucet. Excuse was it must’ve been water pressure. All of this was reported, but nothing done to fix it. Dinner was eatable, but for sure not worth the money. Meat was tough and couldn’t be cut. I travel a lot and this was one of the worst experiences I ever had in a guest house. They asked me if there’s anything I don’t eat and then they pack exactly that in my breakfast pack. No attention to guests or detail.

We had specifically booked this property for it’s stated shuttle services to airport and evening dinner to save going out after a long drive. Neither was available and staff although pleasant were not on the ball at all. It was without doubt the disappointing stay of our 2 week South Africa trip. The property itself was clean, very pleasant and safe.

There was a lot wrong with the place. We couldn't connect on Netflix for the second part of our stay. The place had a mouldy stench from the moment you entered. In the bathroom there was mould on the showers, walls had marks, shower gels and lotions were half full. For a boutique hotel it didn't meet the standards, it was very sub par. The hostess was also odd, she wasn't very hospitable. The room felt like it was also missing additional furniture. Instead of having two beds a king and a single they could replace the single with a sofa to make the room more cosy. The place is dated and needs to be modernised. My companion rates it 3 , and I rate a 5 mainly cause the cleaning lady was nice. Which was the only highlight for me .

We were 3 mature rugby supporters on a trip to Port Elizabeth to watch a rugby match. Beautiful, safe and neat and clean. Very welcoming and Wendy, the woman who greeted us was friendly and service was amazing. Room was very good with a balcony looking over the pool area. Wendy made us an excellent breakfast, which was fresh and very tasty. Fantastic choice of restaurants around and a very short taxi ride to anywhere in the city. Thank you very much Wendy.

Had a great stay, I would recommend staying here. I've stayed here for a second time and enjoyed it. Safe off road parking, beds are good, Unfortunately had bad weather both times so could not use the braai area.

When we arrived there was no one at reception and had to literally phone. The shower floor was cracked and incredibly slippery. There was only 1 bath towel even though a double room was booked. The curtains were old and hooks missing. Definitely not worth the money paid. The only nice thing was the bed.
