Hotel has slightly unusal format with small amount of rooms in fairly large area. Room size was fantastic. Staff brilliant to the extent of seeming to offer really warm, personal service. Slight criticism is no real hotel bar, but location is good being near sea front and other bars and restaurants

Stayed here after late arrival at PE airport. Spacious room and bathroom clean. Not very cosy or welcoming room - couldn’t put my finger on it so probably wouldn’t stay again. Breakfast just about adequate.

With better management, the bones of this property could be made more welcoming, but it completely and utterly lacked any charm, warmth or appeal during our one night stay. Bright lights, a characterless dinning room and an inedible meal set the stage for a noisy and uncomfortable nights sleep. The AC units bang away all night and although our room was big, it lacked any homely touches and was just a large, bland, bright and noisy void. The service was poor but I put that squarely on the manager as the lack of hospitality training was obvious. The only positive was we only had 1 night here and it was close to the airport. Other than that, avoid this property.
