Overall stay was fine and the manager went out of her way to make us feel welcomed. She even gave us a late check-out, which was much appreciated. Though the kitchen staff don't understand medium eggs.

The staff was very friendly and super helpful. They addressed our concerns immediately during our stay and during breakfast, staff were very friendly, and nice with us. Parking was very good, hotel easy to find and in a great and safe location. Hotel is secured 24/7. We had a problem with hot water as our room had no hot water in the shower. The receptionist was very helpful and immediately contacted the manager who both decided to change our room. In our new room we had hot water, however the room was too hot during the night and the AC was not functioning.
