Wonderful stay and warm welcome. Breakfast delicious. We will visit it again. Swimming pool clean with nice pool chairs. Braai facilities available and shopping centres close by. Ocean also not too far away. Room comfortable and there was room service daily.

Having returned to Port Elizabeth to attend a funeral, we decided to stay here as close to airport and family.

The staff were friendly and compassionate and looked after us like part of the family.
We stayed in the upstairs family room with a private balcony overlooking the pool. We stayed for ten days and our daughter looked forward to greeting the staff every morning.

I would fully recommend this accommodation to anyone wishing to stay in the area.

We were so pleased to have found this place close to the stadium in PE. We needed 3 rooms for our party and they were all gorgeous with doors to the garden, and had everything we needed. LOVED the house and the beautiful gardens. Didn't take advantage of the pool, but wish we could have . The service was brilliant and the breakfast was superb. Oh yes, and the bed was fantastic too

Nothing beats the good, happy feeling when you arrive at your B&B, after travelling for a full day.
Especially the warm welcome that you get from the staff. It gives you the feeling that you are visiting a family member. It is wonderful to go into your room and just flop on the bed and relax. I swear that Nottingham B&B has the best bed out of all the B & B's we have stayed at. What really amazed me this visit is that at breakfast my glass with friut and yoghurt did not have nuts on it,

How wonderful to arrive at Nottingham Country House and be greeted with a happy smile from Thombe, this sets the homely atmosphere where the warmth and comfort envelopes you. Stepping into our room we are met with a lovely clean, fresh smell. When we were settled in our room I changed and went and spent about an hour in the sparkling pool, just relaxing from the heat in Port Elizabeth. Once again the breakfast was stupendous, I would really like to know if there is another B & B on the East Coast that can compare to this meal with the same rate per night. I spoke to Gavin, the owner, about his B & B and thanked his so much for his and Thome's attention to the finest detail.

Once again we spent a wonderful, relaxing time at this B & B in Port Elizabeth. Everytime we stay at Nottingham Country House every thing is just perfect, the room, top class, clean and fresh: the breakfast 5 star meal which reminds us of a good home cooked meal: the staff, especially Thombie, are so pleasant and friendly. At this B & B you are not just another guest, each guest is treated as a valuable guest.
