I could the reception phone ring at night :( the kettle had old water in that was rusty. Couldn’t fill up kettle at the tap. Had to use the shower. Bed was comfortable. Pillows too flat and soft. Rooms need aircon

The stay was ok but we will not stay there again We booked a room with an outside seating area, but the chairs and table was dirty full of bird droppings and clearly not cleaned for weeks. The room did not have a 2 point plug, I see many have complained about this, its an easy thing to fix just get one plug updated in each room.... The kettle was full of brown water and the element very rusted with a lot of loose stuff, clearly our room was standing vacant for some time, to be confirmed by the checklist behind the door it was last sanitised months ago. The bathroom extractor fan is also not working. At breakfast we could not find a table that was set up for two people all had some settings that was used. And yes I have photos
