Perfect accommodation for our youngsters. Clean and neat. Great and friendly staff who were willing to assist wherever possible and when the need arose. Laundry was done daily. A few if the apartments needed a little TLC but did not hamper our stay.

First and foremost, the reception was friendly enough. We had come a long way and they allowed us to leave our bags at the reception while we went to pay for our stay at the bank.

The room was nice and neat. We did not really watch the tv because of the showers and it only showed 3 channels. Maybe an upgrade to DSTV should be in order.

Everytime we went out we would come back and the room would be clean! Thumbs up.

The downside is that the bathroom did not have a sponge to clean it with. It was the two of us and after one person had used the bathtub ,that person needed to clean up.

It had a nice single bed in the balcony. gave the illusion that you were sleeping outside. Close to the beach and to the shopping center and bustops. I would recommend this place if you are tight on the budget.

It is superbly located along the beach, close to the Boardwalk, restaurants, retail store s. It has got a safe and secure parking. The rooms are well kept. The facility is good value for money. The staff is friendly and always eager to assist.

My family and I stayed at Beacon Lodge for Christmas holidays, the first night that we slept there there was a breaking in the flat that we were sleeping in and our staff was stolen. When we asked about security cameras we were told that the cameras worked only on the side of the main entrance and all the Manager could say was sorry. The place is slowly falling apart the 2nd flat that we were moved to was smelling of urine all the time even after disinfecting it it was still the same. The other flat where we put the children was also not a 100% clean the carpets were smelling and cupboards had traces of coach roaches, I used this place in 2006 and it was up to standard but now I'm afraid I cannot say the same thing. I will never go back nor recommend it to anyone

Beacon lodge is conveniently situated close to the beach and shopping mall. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Their apartments have everything required for a normal home. They offer secure parking and it was very pleasant. We experienced rainy weather while being there but their walkways/passages to the apartments are weather protected with glass windows which were very impressive see picture called "view from balcony over courtyard". We had a very pleasant stay and will definitely recommend them to anyone.
