It was a lovely place to stay at and the host was a lovely, caring lady. We had a lovely stay. With covid around us the open spaces was perfect to keep distance and feel safe at all times. The donkey in the mix was a great attraction!!!!

nice place just few kms out of Plett. easy to reach. Hosts extremely very kind: they helped us to find a restaurant even if very late in the evening and gave us biscuits for breakfast, as shops were closed on arrival.

Units can be better equipt - Iron. Iron board and Broom Television and DSTV was not working. WIFI wasn't very effective either. Pool wasn't clean and full of leaves. Personel and owner very friendly and helpfull.

Highly recommended. Clean and well maintained accommodation, wonderful area and very friendly and accommodating staff and owner. Well worth a visit. Situated within reasonable distance of various attractions and activities. Excellent service.

Hi 👋 there. Do hope the rest of 2019 treated You & the family kindly. Last 3 months at Eventide Lodge have been hectic. October Bird 🦅 Festival went off well & we all learnt so very much about birds & was treated to a morning of bird ringing (see Eventide Lodge Facebook), and a wonderful talk by the very knowledgeable & widely traveled Mike Bridgeford as well asDr Mark Brown at the opening dinner for the festival. To be repeated 2020 towards end October. November saw a film crew move in & 12 days of breakfast & Dinner with 🎥 cameramen from all over the world helicopter 🚁 pilot . Doctor . Animal 🦓 trainers etc for a film 🎞 for Netflix. Barely time to get our breath back & Christmas 🎄 guests arrived. Please go to our website for Specials & come direct for accommodation discount. Very well equipped neat and spacious with beautiful gardens. The fact that the satellite tv has no channels or antenna and the very poor wi-fi signal makes it less suitable for a long stay with teenagers. A 5km drive to tennis courts and canoeiing facilities.
