Ocean Watch Guesthouse is situated on the coastal hill side of Plettenberg Bay, within 10 minutes' walk from the beach or town center. The guest house has a wonderfully large communal patio upstairs, with comfortable seating, to enjoy the stunning ocean views, overlooking the Keurbooms riverthat forms a lagoon at the river mouth,with the Tsitsikamma mountains as a backdrop. Downstairs is a small garden with a rim flow splash pool, overlooking the ocean. Decorated in neutral tones, the elegant rooms at Ocean Watch are well equipped with private bathroom/ shower. Most of the rooms are sea facing. Robberg Nature Reserve is 6 km away and Keurboomstrand is a 12-minute drive. This property isalso one of the best-rated locations in Plettenberg Bay! Guests are happier about it compared to other properties in the area. This property is also rated for the best value in Plettenberg Bay!

We stayed here for 2 nights, but would like to have stayed longer in this beautiful area. Vanessa and the other staff were very friendly, the facilities were really good and very clean, and breakfast was lovely. What sets it apart is the lovely outdoor lounge area- there are beautiful views of the sunrise over the bay. Also facilities to cook a braai in this outdoor space, which if we had stayed longer we definitely would have taken advantage of! Such a lovely place to relax and enjoy the view- especially watching the dolphins on our second morning there.

Lovely views, fantastic lounges, and an outside terrace made this guest house feel like home. Breakfast was great and the welcoming owner and staff were a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend stopping here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Ocean Watch Guest House and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone staying in Plettenberg Bay. We were warmly met by the owner and shown around the fabulous guest house which you are encouraged to treat as a home from home. The location and views are stunning. Restaurants are nearby as are beaches and bars. We had a great stay and wouldn't hesitate returning and recommending to others.

We stayed in the Captains Cabin for two nights and wished we had booked longer. Great views from the room and also the outside areas. The room was spotless and extremely comfortable. Great breakfast. Just a short walk to the restaurants and shops. The staff were amazing, Vanessa was so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, helped us sort out a physio appointment and offered to book restaurants. Would definitely rebook if travelling to Plettenberg again.

Excellent property. The rooms are small, but the shared space is really enjoyable. Amazing service, fantastic breakfast, have access to the kitchen and all amenities. Lovely stay for anyone looking to do a couple nights in Plettenburg. Highly recommend!

Vanessa and team deliver exceptional attention to detail. Ocean Watch is a super venue for any stay, long or short and is recommended unreservedly.
