Travellers' Choice
The most enviable location on the Garden Route. At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac Exquisite, unimpeded 180 views of the vast blue ocean, golden beaches, large lagoon and the imposing Tsitsikamma Mountain Range. Nature all'round, yet not isolated, but only a 2-minute drive from the town centre and its trendy shops. Blissful solitude and a complete immersion in nature, with only the sound of white-crested surf tumbling at one’s feet. Becalming and rejuvenating - the perfect antidote for stress. All rooms are decorated in muted tones and en-suite to a shower cubicle with/without bath, and a queen bed or twin beds, TV-hospitality package, free uncapped Wi-Fi, tea/coffee making facilities, safe, fan, air-con and hairdryer.

Stumbled on this absolutely charming place by accident at the last minute. Unfortunately for the owners we were the only people there as it os probably off-season and with all going on at this time not surprising. The staff were super accommodating and extremely friendly and helpful. Had an amazing time and really wished we could stay longer but it was very relaxing although a very chic environment to stay in. Well equipped and most of your needs were catered for. My only complaint would be that there are too few electrical plugs for charging electronics.

We stayed here before and after our Otter trail. The staff and owner could not have been more accommodating. They went out of their way to assist us. On our return the staff welcomed us back like family. The breakfasts are amazing. The location is stunning right on the seashore.

We ended a short trip to the Garden route with two nights at Milkwood Manor on Sea and couldn't have made a better choice. We were upgraded to a ground floor room with a view of the beach (and lagoon) and felt thoroughly spoiled. The rooms are beautifully furnished and have everything you need and the breakfast was really delicious. We could walk onto Lookout Beach and just chill for the day. Position, position, position!

right on the beach and lagoon with lots of kayaking and endless sea swims in mid march. Nonie and her dedicated team ensured our stay was a memorable one and not to be forgotten. Congratulations. Rgards, Antony Urbaniak

We concluded our two week long road trip through the country in this lovely little town, in this beautiful hotel. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delicious. The rooms have a luxurious and sophisticated feel (thanks to things like the double glazed windows and doors) and are extremely comfortable. We would love to come back one day!
