Dear Bettina, Michiel and team, thank you so much for our stay!
We had a beautiful spacious room over 2 floors, with a modern bathroom, comfortable beds and a large stable door to the paddock. If you leave it open, you have a wide view of the sea and a little pony Marshmellow likes to come by looking for something to eat. Everything is clean, idyllic, very good quality bed linen and bath towels, equipped with coffee bar, fridge, heating.
The facility is rustic and stylish with great attention to detail.
All the staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Fynes takes care of the guests and children incredibly lovingly, just wonderful.
The breakfast was good, although repetitive, the quality was very good and the dinner brai was great. Unfortunately, we had a flat tire on our trip that evening and were therefore much too late and couldn't really enjoy it.
Owners Bettina and Michiel are absolutely warm and wonderful people. Bettina gave us great recommendation for things to explore in the surroundings. We had top support with our car problem, Michiel personally made sure that our tires were top again, which saved us a lot of trouble and time. Many thanks for that!!!

Children can ride, take riding lessons or be taken to the viewpoint (45 min) on horseback (horses are kept on a leash). The dogs are well behaved, super sweet and happy when you play with them.
Our daughter (6) loved playing with dogs and trying to ride horses for the first time. The volunteers are absolutely great when dealing with children and do perfect work with horses. Absolutely recommendable for families with children. There is also a small pool, not just for the babies, but for children who swim or wear water wings. The water is very fresh in autumn, but a blessing in summer and spring. The accommodation is in a great location, so that you can make relaxed trips to Monkey Land and Birds of Eden, as well as Robberg, Plettenberg, Knysna.
The driveway to the ranch is a bit bumpy, there is no real road, it's quite up and down with some potholes, but no problem even with a decent vehicle (no 4x4). We had a wonderful stay and would love to return at some point.

We where doing a road trip and this was supposed to be a drive through for a day or so. We ended up staying 8 days because T'Niqua was so central to everything Plett has to offer and more. We hiked, cycled and rode the beautiful Percherons who are resident here. Had the most incredible dinners near the fireplace cooked by the resident chef at half the price of eating out. The hosts where fabulous and we became such good friends that saying goodbye was quite difficult. And that includes the horses, dogs and hosts. Left my heart there so will go back again

T'Niqua Stable Inn is a unique property with lots going on with rooms which are set up as old stables. It is very cosy, the people that work there are very friendly and helpful. For the horse people it must be a very special place but that does not mean this property is only for horse people !
The breakfast was very good, we had a braai for dinner the evening we decided to stay in which was very good.
The property is quite isolated but still close enough to Plet to enjoy the all the amenities there as well.
The property would suit a young family as it is all very safe and lots to see and do.

I love T'niqua Stable Inn, it is soo beautiful and peaceful there. The rooms and cottages are all so unique in their design and the linens, towels, and all other items are of top quality. I adore Bettina the owner, she is always, friendly, warm and welcoming. And Maxi the chef, well, I think his delicious meals speak for themselves. The horses and sea view just make the entire stay so pleasurable

We last stayed at T'Niqua in 2014 but on returning in February we were not disappointed. Once more my birthday came up during the stay so it was a bit deja vue in a very pleasant way.
The new buildings are excellent and extremely comfortable. There is now a restaurant and I am happy to say it is excellent. Good, straight, wholesome food not mucked about with by some arty farty chef who wants to create artwork!
Bettina and Michael were their usual welcoming and attentive hosts with the rest of the staff pleasant and helpful
We have booked to go back in Nov/Dec this year and we shall only bother eating there or Enricos.
Guaranteed quietness and relaxation with good food. What more can you want.

I found the room, gardens, natural setting and general ambience to be excellent. The decor and style was countrified and the presence of the delightful free ranging white horses was enjoyable. Bird life was good. The distant sea views were imposing. All staff interactions from front desk to cleaners was positive and friendly and informative. I did not partake of any meals as I was visiting friends in Plett and took those with them, however the dining area is quite charming and the evening menus looked very interesting

Our stay at the T'Niqua Stable Inn was a very good choice. The owner and staff are friendly end do their best to make you feel comfortable. The cook even prepared a special vegetarian meal for us. The room was really spacious with a nice view. The beds were perfect.
We really enjoyed our stay. We played with the dogs, petted the little white pony and went horseriding. It is also conveniently close to Plettenberg bay.
I recommend this lodge to every animal lover!

The best accommodation in Plettenberg Bay.
First of all the location: a beautiful horse farm with an exquisite sea view, 5 minutes drive from Plettenberg bay.
The tranuility of the farm with the horses around gives one peace for your soul.
Rooms: warm and cosy decorated, with such good beds, and I was treated with an electrical blanket, due to the foggy weather.
Also the shower: hot water and the best rain-shower head.
The hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful.
There is such a lovely sitting area / restaurant with 3 fireplaces and great leather chairs to sit and read a book, or just relaxing.
Excellent food every night, and perfect sunny-side up eggs for breakfast.
My daughter is vegetarian, and they catered for her without any hesitancy.
One will never go wrong to visit T'Niqua Stable Inn.

This is a very friendly place in a stunning location with views across to the Robberg Nature Preserve. The property is very comfortable. Breakfast is also very good. We enjoyed a delicious Christmas Eve dinner here with the other guests and it was so enjoyable. There are lots of horses on the property and very friendly well behaved dogs as well as a small pony. Bettina and her husband run a lovely inn.
