Beautifully decorated, perfect location with a viby atmosphere. The food is fabulous! The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Situated on the beach, always love hearing the ocean at night. The staff is friendly and super accommodating.
We had a wonderful one night stay in The Spot. The staff went out of their way to male our stay wonderful. The kids loved the pod beds and didn't want to leave. Breakfast was delicious. The unit is well equipped with all the basics you need for a short self catering stay. Bedding was crisp and clean. A beautiful place to relax and unwind.
Staff are excellent, from the moment we made our booking the service was incredible. The location is gorgeous. You can sit on the patio having lunch and cocktails with a full view of the ocean. Food is delicious - especially the sushi!! The shared chill areas are so comfy. The staff made a fire for us in the evening and served us yummy cocktails and dinner. We had such a great time staying here. We will definitely be back with all our friends. The vibe is awesome!
The Bungalow is such a beauty, the staff is very welcoming and helpful. The house was clean and neat with the best view, definitely coming back Beauty who was at reception when we arrived made sure we were comfortable while we were waiting and the food was also nice Thank you..
Staff were all very friendly and fairly helpful. The location is great and I really enjoyed the views and smell of the sea breeze. There is an overall 'vibe' and energy to The Bungalow that makes you feel great. It's relaxed yet energetic. Casual yet premium. The reception was average though and I would have appreciated a bit more professionalism and knowledge of the highlights and attractions around the area - nothing that a bit of training can't fix. The rooms were much smaller than they appeared on the pictures though, although Plettenberg Bay isn't exactly the kind of place that you'd like to spend the whole day in your room. The sea-facing rooms do feel quite intimate with the public spaces because the main entrance to the room - a sliding glass door - opens right towards the patio lounge where other guests can mingle. This isn't ideal if you were expecting to wake up with a sea view, because you would rather want to keep curtains closed if you value your privacy. I feel it's important to have an accurate expectation of what you're getting at The Bungalow. It is clearly geared towards the more youthful and sociable demographic. It's essentially a backpackers with a premium flair and pricetag. If you want to make new friends and catch the vibe of Plett you're booking the right spot!…
