Everything written by previous reviewers is absolutely true. The room was dirty with stained bedding and soft furnishings. Sold to us as having kitchenette and sitting area the room has none of these things. What it did have was two dirty old fridges and a microwave in the dingy and smelly communal area. The room did have a safe but as it could easily be carried due to not being fixed to a solid structure was worse than useless.

We arrived latish, and payment was supposed to be on arrival but they had already taken payment from the card, Otherwise we would have left and chanced our arm on finding a tent or a clean ditch somewhere.
The description on the internet is so misleading, it sounds fabulous but in reality be warned.
So how do you describe this place?Dirty little hovel springs to mind. They charge 600R per night, way way way over the top. They proclaim 3 stars, I think they must have seen them in the sky one night and thought it was a good idea to put them on the door or stole them from a worthy hotel. The room smells of damp. Sheets were clean but have been previously stained. Room safe which is a must for all travelers worked fine, shame it was not secured to anything, just pick it up and go. The bathroom had lots of black mold. Communal room was just as dire, two fridges dirty and lots of rust around the door shuts. I wouldn't have chanced my food in them. The microwave, argh.!!!! Words fail. Our room was under the kitchen and it's a good job we did not want an early night as the noise was excessive, pots and pans banging, pool table balls dropping. All they needed to complete the set was karaoke. No WI-FI. Far better places for less money. Best to give this place a miss unless you have a sadistic streak for punishment. Ho, Nearly forgotten the main attraction, the aromatic fragrance from the cesspit just outside the bathroom window, this place would never be complete without it.

Worst place ever. Everything was filthy dirty. Bedding was full of previous guest hair. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Think I might rather go sleep in my car. That is if that is safe as there is no secure parking.

Shame on you.

On arrival the allocated room was situated next to the sewerage outlet and uninhabitable and the new allocated room I could not use the cupboard due to a mould odor and to top it all the shower head was partially blocked making the only method of washing a challenge to say the least and despite reporting my unhappiness to Inkenkwezi reception I was ignored

This place was functional and ok for a stop off. The property was clean but very dated. The sheets smelled slightly damp.

It's in Cintsa but on the west side which is a 5-10 minute drive to the part of Cintsa with restaurants etc.

This accommodation is not 3 star accommodation. The linen was dirty and extremely old. The furniture is worse than what you would find in Grandma's house and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. We stayed in room number one and would definitely not like to stay there again. I did inform the owners and they assured me that new linen was going to be provided and would follow up with the cleaning. The place needs a paint and revamp big time. The restaurant is also above the accommodation so its pretty noisy during restaurant opening hours.
