Location was good with a nice promenade for walking. The room was not exactly clean as you would expect. Attention to details not very good. Nothing much to do in the hotel, no pool. Breakfast was good. A car was in the car park one evening, after 11.00pm, with a very loud exhaust making all sorts of reving up noises. We rang te receiption as Im sure many guests did only to be told security would deal with it. It went on for an hour. Should have been dealt with earlier and quicker
Assistance with luggage a great help, but extremely slippery entrance steps in rain made my son & myself slip off steps - grave danger. Rooms were not prepared/cleaned & ready for entry after 2pm (closer to 4pm) in the afternoon. A pity after being on the road & planning to arrive on time for booking-in on specified times.
Definitely going back there, everything was great, starting from the front desk staff they were all kind full of love felt like they knew me even though ❤️and their room was clean and spot less and the food was 👌
Upon arrival, our room was not cleaned yet. There were dirty ash trays in the room. We had no towels at 17:15 even after we phoned reception twice there was still no towels. I had to dry myself with my clothes. The buffet was not to everyone's taste, poor food quality and not a big variety. No fridge in the room, no glasses just plastic ones for when you brush your teeth. The tv channels also didn't work and the remote had missing buttons needed to tune to tv.
I've been staying in this hotel for business purposes for many years. The employees are very friendly and helpful, the food is good and the rooms are comfortable. The last time I stayed there, I got a beautiful suite. The view of the ocean is always welcome.
