At a glance, the exterior of the hotel looked quite neat, lobby was clean and neat. The receptionist was professional, but for us that was not enough. The Hotel location is not in a good area and we were very uncomfortable stepping out of the hotel.

Room was fine. 3 seperate beds and ceeling fan. Bothroom was nice and clean. Did not know the area before booking and this is not a nice area of town. If I had known this I might have booke somewhere else

We were booked into Marine Lodge by a third party and having read some reviews I was rather sceptical of going there. It does not look great from outside but the room was very clean and comfortable. The sea view is great and food is available from the Spar supermarket next door or there are fast food outlets across the road or even fine dining. The shower was better than a lot of others I have experienced and there was a silent ceiling fan to keep us cool at night. All in all a much better experience than we had anticipated.

Weekend visit with family and we stayed at 14 on Marine. There were few admin glitches which were understandable with the place being under renovations. Our room was spacious, very neat, very clean. There's secure parking. The inconvenience is the absence of a landline to call reception. We will surely stay at the place again. We really loved the size and the location.

I paid full price. This is what is get. No coffee cups, no tea cups or tea or coffee. Maybe tee but no cup for tea. This hotel do not care about guests. I will make sure throuh social media that this is not a place to visit.
