In a very dodgy part of town with "ladies of the night" walking the streets. Couldn't swing a cat in the room and had to move the chair to either get into the bathroom or leave the room. Says a lot that there is a chain on the bedroom door! Breakfast was terrible looking, couldn't bring myself to eat it. Needless to say I won't go back.

The central, quiet and safe location saves the review of this guest house that otherwise has nothing to offer out the ordinary. The breakfast is minimal, like its other B&B amenities. Wifi service is not available, recently canceled by the owner for being "too expensive". Really!

I stayed here once on business not knowing what the area was like or the guest house. I was greeted at the door and escorted in to sign my registration card. One employee walking down the passage had no shoes on. Once I cheked in and settled in my room, I had a knock on the door by the shoeless employee, whom thought it best to return the toilet brush to my toilet. (Great!) Then feeling as if I needed a bit of luxury, decided to run a bath, only to find there was no plug. The bathroom also seriously needed a paint. Needless to say, never again.

we had a very good time at Cozy Nest with ma friends, as Quigney is the place to be in East London during festive season! The place was great staff were friendly fresh breakfast was served on time and the accessibility of places like beaches and entertainment places was amazing.Except the fact that the area and surrounding are not that safe but overall we enjoyed THANK YOU hoping to be there again!
