The end at Eagle mountain is located in beautiful fountain Hills. The sunrises and sunsets are gorgeous and the surroundings are peaceful and exquisite. However that in itself is a little rough around the edges for the price that you pay. There is absolutely no help with luggage, and the area is quite hilly so if you have heavy bags you’re on your own. Separately the hairdryer in my room did not work. Third there is no place for breakfast or lunch without walking quite a distance again uphill. This is a place for young couples or DIY. We ended up leaving early, it was just too difficult with a young child to run around getting food. Also the refrigerator in the room was set so that everything froze when we did put something in them. When I tried to adjust it it just simply went off.I’m sorry I didn’t have a chance to try the dinner restaurant — it did look lovely. Great for couples but would not recommend for family unless children are older and fairly independent

What a special place to be able to escape to. The views of the desert landscape are unbelievable. Who knew such a treasure was tucked behind The Eagle Mountain Golf Course? The Inn is located right above the 18th hole and provides a very intimate setting. As a traveler with so many fears surrounding COVID-19, the onsite staff did an impeccable job of creating a safe environment for myself and my family. They require masks in the lobby and have safety shields between the front desk personnel and guests. In addition, their staff was masked, even while outside. The rooms were not only spotless but provided enough space for my family to stretch out and relax. I am so thankful that I was able to recharge my energy at The Inn at Eagle Mountain. I will most definitely be back!

Let me preface with we live in an apartment in a loud area so this quiet stay with a room with a (gas) fireplace was a luxury. We didn't use the soaker tub because we had the outdoor hot tub to ourselves both nights during our stay. Overall, we thought the room and property was nice.

My husband and I recently stayed the night at this hotel to celebrate my birthday and our 3-year wedding anniversary. We picked it because we love the Fountain Hills area and the lovely fireplace and deep bathtub were intriguing. The pictures were definitely deceiving. A 3.5 star hotel should have some basic standards. This one did not. The following are a few tidbits that hopefully the hotel will take to heart: - The shower water pressure SUCKED. It felt like taking a shower in misters on an outdoor patio. - There weren’t any black out curtains on one of the windows (see attached). One of the most amazing things about hotel rooms is the blackout curtains. While this hotel did have blackout curtains on the glass door, there was another window that did not. And as soon as the sun came up at 6:30 am, I was also awake. Curtains aren’t expensive. More than happy to send directions to the nearest TJ MAXX. - The bed. Ive stayed in motels with better beds than this. It literally felt like a couch bed mattress. If there’s one thing a 3.5 hotel should invest in, it’s the mattress. This hotel feels like it’s strictly relying on its exterior aesthetics vs. actual hotel comfort. The only saving grace of this hotel was its exterior/scenic view and tub. But our view was blocked by an inconvenient tree placement. If I had traveled a great distance to get here, maybe I wouldn’t feel so cheated by the cost. But since I paid for the “staycation” experience, I can’t help but feel extremely disappointed. Waste of money is an understatement.

WiFi not strong enough to do anything other than text and open email. But not attachments. Staff informed me that it does not support streaming content (like YouTube or Netflix) but it also doesn’t support sites such as Redfin, VRBO, etc).
