We spend in this hotel one week and it was amazing holiday. Very nice food, clean rooms and kind staf. There is a beautiful underwater world. Animation team was very active and friendly. We hope we will come back soon. Thank you all staff and animation team for this beautiful holiday.

Last May I returned to Hilton Marsa Alam Nubian Resort. I don't count anymore how many times I have been there, I just go back. I don't have to write about the hotel itself anymore, that's done enough before. I just want to mention the staff members that this time were in charge of taking care. Starting with the front office and Mossab and his team assuring "my" room upon arrival. For the Housekeeping, special thanks to Attia, Tarek and Omar. The room has been perfect during the whole stay. Ashraf and his team were present for a very clean pool and beach, special thoughts for Achmed preparing my sunbeds in the morning. Thanks to Hany, the bars manager, checking for the right cocktail, and not overdone with alcohol. And of course the restaurant. Gamal and Abdelhamid you have a great team. Thanks a lot to Hossam, Aziz, Achmed (the smaller one), Zahry, Alaa, chef Amr and the kitchen and all the staff around. Everything was perfect, I couldn't ask for more. Please take care all of you and see you back in November.

Nice resort with stunning beach (about 1 mile walk towards the beach where you can swim). We come here due to the snorkling and diving oppurtunities. Rooms were clean and the food (if you know where to eat was good). We did missed fresh juice at breakfast you had to buy this, also for a good cappucino made with fresh beans (also had to buy this). We liked the Breezes restaurant for lunch the most thank you to the great chef there. Some staff are really nice some are not very friendly depending on who is serving you. Overall they staff good improve friendlyness. We loved the Italian restaurant and at the Miniclub Katia was the best. Maya really needs training since she doesn;'t know how to play or interact with kids, just a very unexperienced young girl. Special thanks to Junior, Mahmoud A. Mola, Gamal Magdy for their efforts and friendlyness.

We recently stayed for 21 night’s winter sunshine and weren’t disappointed. I was welcomed as a Hilton Lifetime Diamond guest and received a room upgrade (thanks!) We stayed in room 3102 which was bliss and were provided fluffy bathrobes and slippers as well as plenty of toiletries, towels and fruit platter etc. Our cleaner in this block was Mohamed (two of the due to leave) and both were very attentive. Although the hotel offers limited Al a carte (3 restaurants) we were allowed to use them regularly which made our holiday as we much preferred being served compared to the world buffet and each time we dined the staff and the chefs catered for our personal requests, nothing was too much in either the Italian, Oriental or seafood restaurants with some of the following staff going out of their way and all so very happy! Hadadi, Ahmed, Hani, Mohamed Mehter, Aymen, Gloria, Alana as well Head Chef Imir but also recognising Safarga and Peter for assisting with our reservations, a big thank you! We tended to use the beach daily and every day was a sunshine day ranging from 26c-29c but could sometime be a little breezy. This is where Ali came in handy as he would set up 2 wind breakers around our beds and additional towels rolled up as head rests due to my wife having a pain in her back, thanks Ali, you’re a star! There is a boules court on the beach but this needs more sand adding to the pit as it’s more like a crater. We used the spa (Planet Spa) a couple of times and although the massages were very good the overall spa experience was quite poor as this is a third party offering with a few rooms turned into a spa facility with no true reception or chill out lounge where you can relax and take in the tranquility. Instead we had a couples massage in a small room where staff were sat outside chatting so constant noise and someone going into the bathroom which are still part of the room and emptying their nose and throat into the sink, not very nice! If we return we will give the spa facility a miss. A well equipped gym is provided and was used regularly as well as table tennis beside the gym. Finally a thanks to the reception team lead in terms of Ahmed Antar, a top man who was very attentive to our requests and nothing was too much! His colleagues Mika and Hamada also were of great assistance, thanks all! In a nutshell, a wonderful relaxing stay in a lovely hotel with a great team of staff. 100% recommended and impressed us so much we have booked 4 weeks with the Hilton Nubian Resort in January 2025!

We stayed here for 3 weeks with my brother and sister in law and had a brilliant time. It is truly unusual to stay somewhere and find all of the staff super friendly, customer focused and welcoming. Facilities: the hotel has everything you need. A selection of pools (some heated), a nice gym and spa. We used the gym on many occasions and when there was an issue with equipment it was sorted super quick. There is also a running track around the edge of the hotel, table tennis and pétanque as well as the usual pool aerobics. Rooms: immaculate, cleaned everyday with plentiful Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries in the bathroom (body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion). We had a one story king room overlooking a small pool and it was bliss sitting in the terrace at the end of the day. We booked a number of treatments at the Spa (not part of the hotel). The treatments were fine, but we didn’t feel we had the “spa” experience. There isn’t a nice spa reception or chill out area for after your treatment and you can hear the staff chatting to customers on the terrace when you are trying to relax during your massage. Pétanque - we played this daily, but it would have been good if the hotel would sort this out. It does need more sand and a good rake everyday to keep it in good order. A la carte: seafood, oriental and Italian. We had a lovely time at all, but our personal favourite was the Italian. The Oriental was a bit chilly this time of year given this is located outside. Our preference would be for the bread to always be served warm (oh and less bread offered, the portions are huge). Buffet: you will never go hungry. Plenty of choice and themed nights. I was pleased to see the tables had table cloths and these were constantly changed. There is an issue with birds (and poop) outside during breakfast and lunchtime , this is made worse by guests feeding the birds - DON’T do this! Staff: there are too many to mention who made our stay memorable, but thank you to Peter, Gloria, Alana, Ahmed Antar and our cleaner Mohammed. Beach: beautiful reef and snorkelling. Plenty of sunbeds, parasols and windbreakers. The bar offers a buffet style lunch and fresh pizza late afternoon. Would we return? Absolutely. We have booked direct with the hotel to stay 4 weeks next January.

Wide and large resort ..very nice architecture , functional and Clean . In addition , staff are friendly and very helpful . You have to Bring sandals or plastic flip flops to protect your feet against corals/ reeves especially in Shallow water .. I recommend the place for honeymooners.

The reef is absolutely stunning - and that’s all there is to it. I cannot help but compare it to Hilton Hurghada from last year, as our stay there was the main reason why we chose Hilton again. Unfortunately, there is not much to compare. Hilton in Hurghada was just amazing - hospitality-wise, housekeeping-wise - everything was really, really good. Unfortunately, Hilton in Marsa Alam has not much in common - a completely different experience. The biggest disappointment is the hospitality of the staff and the general lack of care for guests. They won’t smile at you, they won’t pay attention to your needs. They forget about orders; you have to repeat everything twice or more. Forget about someone bringing you coffee or tea at breakfast. In the evening, it will be a battle to get your drink, and don’t even try to be 5 minutes early for your snacks at the beach because when you ask if you could grab a couple of French fries, you will get “why!?” as an answer. At the same time, on every occasion, they will go the extra mile to upsell anything they can - it gets tiring after a couple of days. Another thing, at all costs, avoid the rooms on the ground floor - at least if you wish for some kind of privacy (another battle we had to fight - this time successfully). To do justice to this opinion, I must say that the food was good, massages really OK, and there were a couple of staff members who were trying their very best. My personal view is that because of the absolutely beautiful reef, they don’t really care for anything else. People will come anyway. It all just depends on what you are looking for; the 5th star in their logo is for the sea, not for the service. P.S. Stay away from Anex tour - their resident went beyond my option about Hilton. Yes, it wasn’t perfect, but it’s a shame to hear from the travel agency employee that we did a huge mistake booking Hilton (“who is putting Hilton in your heads?”) and that the clinic at the hotel is a scam. Not to mention that the smell in the bus to the airport was unbearable.
