I have not stayed in the Bamboo Villas but almost without exception, the entire property's rooms and villas are all wonderful. Be sure to do the Slothwalk offered by The Sloth Institute which is housed on the property. The local restaurants are fun be sure to try them, many serve breakfast (Cafe Milagro) lunch and dinner, Agua Azul is my favorite. I've been at Tulemar 3 times, don't think you will be disappointed.
