This place is paradise. Everything was beautiful. The fresh flower arrangements were over the top. It was not at all crowded as I had read it would be. Enjoyed solitude in the hot pools. We loved our kayaking experience.
W O W! This hotel is beautiful! The staff is really friendly and helpful. We had a warm welcome and we got an upgrade!

If you're staying at the Springs, you can go TO Club Rio for free (to eat at the restaurant, enjoy the hot springs, lounge by the river). Aside from that, you pay a la carte for the different activities offered.
