People’s Square
People’s Square brings with it all the excitement you would expect from the town square of one of the biggest cities in the world. The area around People’s Square and People’s Park is always a abuzz with activity. Oceans of local and foreign tourists flow in and out of the area every day to see grand museums, go shopping and eat at some of Shanghai’s most storied food centers. Shanghai residents, meanwhile, live and work in the many residential and office high-rises. While much of Shanghai stays busy late into the night, this really is an area that never sleeps with glitzy nightclubs keeping people up until the wee hours of the morning.

This facility was much above the standards of China. Breakfast was quite okay. Nanjing Road & People square are footsteps away. Housekeeping and service in general was really good. Only downside is the metro. It is not really in front of the door

Very good! We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was huge. Plenty of room, fully self contained kitchen and washing machine and dryer facilities. Good location and lots of restaurant choices in walking distance. Great for a family of 4 and very good value for more. Also reception

I am not sure we ever contacted them by email......China does not have google, gmail, Facebook etc. We actually booked through a popular booking website to make our booking and everything went very smoothly.

It is quite close to People's Park metro station. This station is very big and has many exits I think from memory that the best exit was number 19 - but please google that and check! The reason we decided to stay at this hotel was that it was a walkable distance from the metro line.

hi,we booked a via Rideways which is associated with Booking dot coms website. It's easy, as you pay up front, it includes the tip, so you don't have the pay the driver anything. they know where they are taking you, so despite any language challenges, the hassle is removed. think if you arrive late, this is a good option which is easy and they will have a placard with your name on it. going via hotels I found cost more, as they use private cars; however, on departure, if you ask them to hail a cab for you, you will pay a standard taxi fee which is cheap. hope this helps.
