Honestly it’s a great place for the affordable price. The front desk lady is really nice and accommodated me well. She saw I was traveling alone and asked me to call up if I needed anything. They are taking all the covid precautions so I was satisfied with that. The housekeepers are sweet and looked trustable. It’s a good location since it has a mexican restaurant right on its compound. Would definitely recommend for solo or travelers w company.
The staff is very nice and house keepers are so sweet and always make sure you have everything you need. It is a good affordable room. I always enjoy my stay when I stay here it is a home away from home because the staff treats you like family.
I was scheduled to stay at Motel 6 in Opelika, however I did not stay there. I was tired, became lost and ended-up staying at another hotel. Although, I cancelled my reservations in a timely manner, they still went into my bank acct and took my money! I spoke with two different managers at Motel 6. They blamed Booking.com and Booking.com blamed Motel 6. Yet, I am still out of over $90.00 without receiving any services! I would not recommend using either services.
I stayed here for 3 days. It was clean, cheap and the staff were friendly and helpful. Nile at the front desk was especially kind and her aunt and uncle who work there helped me load my luggage when I checked out! Wonderful people!
We checked in on a Tuesday at 9pm, paid in cash. The outside didn’t look too bad, nothing going on. Then we went around to the room, which was right beside a room with people partying. Had people hanging outside, loud and drinking, and you could smell dope. We have two little kids, and right away this place just wasn’t comfortable for us. We didn’t use anything in the room, we talked about if we should stay or not. Ultimately we decided to ask for a refund because we couldn’t stay there. It was a trap house motel, which we didn’t know before checking in. I asked for a refund, I explained the situation and was told no. They did offer a new room, but we couldn’t sleep there comfortably. We left and went somewhere else. We were in and out in 30 minutes. I called the next morning, and they said they couldn’t do anything. The lady said they spoke to the man working that night, he said we were there for an hour, which was an absolute lie! Then said, well in order to get a refund you have to come back to the office within 10 minutes of booking the room anyways. They got to keep our money on an unused room.…
