We booked a king non-smoking room. When we went to the room, the keys wouldn't allow us to get in. Went back to the office and they were closed. Finally was able to talk to the management he told my husband that "you open the day when the red light appears". We got in when the green light appeared after he reprogrammed the key cards. The smell was awful. The smell of cigarettes was extremely heavy. Called management and they came and sprayed the room with something. This helped but only lasted an hour or two. By morning, my husband couldn't breath because the smell of cigarette smoke was so heavy in the room. We have stayed here several times, but never again.
Worst stay ever. Hotel is infested with drug dealers and drug users. The door to my room was not only unlocked but it was cracked open. My room was filthy, long hairs everywhere in the bathroom, broken furniture, drapes didn’t close. We changed rooms due to the drugs bring sold or used on both sides of my room. I did not feel safe due to the number of people walking around all hours of the night and hanging out on the balconies.
,Horrible place to stay, had roaches, mildew smells, horrible customer service, care less about me being a diamond member, tried to get another room but they said they didnt have anymore rooms for my price that i paid for room
I will definitely stay here again. The staff is very nice and helpful. The room was clean and update. The kids had a great time. Everything is within walking distance so we could leave the car at the hotel and walk. The staff made sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
Property is dilapidated, falling apart, and filthy. The room was not properly cleaned. I found dirty linens left in the bathroom, trash under the bed, stained bed covers, and no trash can in the room. Loud quests hanging out at all hours of the night. Office was closed.
