Stayed here over weekend, staff is extremely courteous and hospitable right from check in (kajal ) to departure ( kajal) and team. Rooms are cozy with breathtaking view of international airport. Special shout out to housekeeping team for top notch cleanliness in all the areas and front desk team for seamless check in and check out experience. Breakfast was really good with staff serving very polite and highly attentive. Overall I had wonderful stay. Must visit!!!!Show less

Over the weekend I stayed at the contemporary Holiday inn Mumbai international airport hotel which has an easy access to the terminals and north mumbai businesses.
As soon as you enter you can enjoy their peaceful ambiance of uncluttered, glass-walled lobby before chickening into your modern guest room. Holiday inn mumbai international airport's modern rooms feature warm wood accents and white linens. Each is equipped with a radio, minibar , ergonomic chair, tea/coffee making facilities. Environment friendly toiletries and 24-hour room service is available.
Holiday inn Mumbai also provides ample dinning options. "Saptami" an all day dining restaurant offers regional and international cuisines. A contemporary multi cuisines all day dinning restaurant with floor to ceiling glass walls allows dinning amidst natural light. The various live stations offers local, regional and international specialties. Their Sunday brunch is worth experiencing. It's located at the lobby level and serves all three meals.
They also have " 72 bar " a lounge which is stylish and elegant lounge bar bring the perfect place to relax and unwind over premium malts, spirits and signature cocktails. The exhaustive beverage menu is complimentef with chefs delectable appetizers. It's located at the lobby level.
You can also exercise at the gym, rejuvenate in the spa or enjoy gathering with friends at the open air sky terrace.
Overall it's an experience worth every penny and time invested. It's a place where you can make memories with your people which you would fondly remember in future.

I stayed here in Feb 2020 for three days. This was by far the most customer friendly hotel I have stayed in ever yet.
Since IHG is a US brand, the in-room and hotel amenities were well suited for my family and the three days we stayed there did not feel anything different. That is important because this was the first time my kids were travelling to India and we were worried about 'acclimatization'.
Staff was very nice and helpful and I can not stress that enough. This hotel and its staff took care of my family like their very own.Whatever we requested, be it a change of room, upgrade due to IHG platinum member status, food for kid at 4 AM in night, milk for toddler in late night , was honoured with courtesy. Tips were appreciated though couple of times it was refused stating that it was a part of their job!
Hotel has large breakfast buffet selection that includes continental and indian spread which made breakfast very enjoyable for both adults and kids. Cherry on the top was the discounted deal IHG members get on the breakfast.
Hotel has ample security and it feels very safe to roam in the lobby even during very late hours of night.
It is at a very close driving distance to International airport and hotel arranges cabs for you to move around the city. The price is slightly more then the cabs you can get yourself but hotel is upfront about the difference in price when asked.
Only inconvinience I had when we stayed here was when I wanted to try local KFC and they didnot allow the delivery boy to come to the hotel lobby to deliver due to security reasons and I had to walk down to the hotel main gate which is a decent walk. Other then then everything was magical and perfect and I recommend this hotel in a heart beat.

We picked this hotel to take rest before continuing our trip to other parts of India as we know that Holiday Inn is one of the most family friendly hotels and we travelled as a family of four.
Weeks before, while booking, we specifically requested connecting rooms. We called 3x to emphasize how important this is to us, and on those 3 calls, staff said 'we'll make a note'.
It didn't happen when we checked in very early in the morning as staff mentioned that they could not find any note saying that we requested connecting rooms, so we had to be 'happy' going in and out the rooms from time to time to keep checking our children's wellbeing during our stay.
The hotel itself is located about 3 kms away from Mumbai international airport, so after a long flight, not having to deal with Mumbai's bad and long traffic is a positive thing. It is located in a busy junction and you can find quite a lot of restaurants (including KFC and McDonalds) around as alternative in case you want to eat local. Worth to note that hotel actually has a very good restaurant (Saptami) that has buffet breakfast/lunch (that we tried) with fabulous food.
You can get a good sleeping quality as hotel is very quiet; no sound of busy traffic downstairs nor aeroplanes, bearing in mind it is in quite close proximity with a busy international airport. Pillows and blankets are on the thin side, and AC works perfectly fine. It is very generous with toiletries and drink tray. All towels are clean and fluffy; although bathroom could get a little bit of TLC by scrubbing those black mould off around the sink and shower cubicle. Very good water pressure in the shower and douche spray is another positive point.
Staff are very helpful with your luggages. Housekeeping also came with extra blankets for our children immediately when we asked. However, reception was a bit disappointing as they did not take any note (they said 'we will make a note') that we asked for a late check-out; we've got call and staff coming to our room and asked about us checking out. Also, a bit of smile while dealing with guests would not kill anyone, of course?
Worth to note that, as hotel is very close to the airport, it might be difficult to find Uber who wants to take to you the hotel after landing, so go with prepaid ones. Hotel also provides airport pick up/drop off with extra fee. Hotel also looks very popular for corporate events/workshops, so if you stay with breakfast paid, make sure that you beat/eat after the breakfast rush. We experienced that 9 am is not a good time as restaurant was very full with events' participants and literally no place for you to sit and have your food. Staff worked very hard to refill the food and plates/cutleries, though.
Holiday Inn is a good hotel, however there is still room of improvement especially about attention to detail to customers' needs at the time of booking/check-in.

As we didn't wanted to travel to pune at night so we booked the airport hotel as we were arriving around 2200hrs and leaving in the morning to pune. The check in was ok !! with few weird questions, they never asked for any deposit as we have booked & paid for the room with expedia. Rates were quiet high compare to the rooms and service.. If i have known then i would have paid couple of hundred more and would have stayed in Lalit which i did on the last night from pune - mumbai. As Holiday inn is normally good chain, so didn't do much homework before booking. We ordered room service and we couldn't bill to our room and can't pay on check out.. it was compulsory for us to pay at that minute only ( no reason given, why we have to pay cash or card on spot only ). 2 cans of soda we were charged inr 500.00 , where else food bill was ok compare to the portion served. As I'm IHG member so these bills helps us getting the points but hotel said u cant get the points as these bills are not put in the system or under my booking name.. I double check on check out and Reception said they dont have any records so no points will be added to my ac as well. I don't know how they work... Rooms are ok nothing great about it...but its spacious. Bathroom are compact with basic amenities. Our TV was not working which electrician took 20-30 min to get it sorted. Normal Breakfast spread.. have basic variety for all but they had more choices with marathi breakfast. I will give name basic 4 star..but will not visit them again.

We had the wonderful experience of visiting this property twice in January, the reason of posting after second trip was to ensure, COVID precautions are same or dropped.
Well kudos to the entire team, all sanitization and checks are well in place.
As usual the point of entry, to check in, the staff are superbly cooperative.
Rooms are well sanitized much before arrival and every day with meticulous detail.
The spread for breakfast and Dinner is absolutely sumptuous and scrumptious.

All staff were welcoming and room were cleant so well that you don't feel experience any unpleasantness.
I appreciate the room service by them. I also like to recommend this place for those who are looking out for hotel that they can feel relaxed. The swimming pool at rooftop is nicely clean and well maintained.
All food cuisines were very delicious with made of good quality ingredients.
I was impressed with the food variety at buffet.
Mumbai is full of traffic problems and if you stay at far off locations, there is much possibility that you may reach to the airport very late, staying here , you will have no anxiety of reaching the airport on time, this hotel is very close by.

Well in these days one can expect the hotel be at their usual best with s much restrictions. My quarantine here wasvon official trip and was boring to the core. The view, the room and the food served. However the room service team did try their best they were severely restricted in what was allowed and what is not. The first room I chcked in was not properly cleaned and so the staff promptly shifted me to another room. Nothing much to add as my stay was pretty much confined to one room, however must add that the food served was mediocre and at times poor. Even items ordered outside the set menu was not the usual holiday inn quality. One particular example was the ice cream I had ordered which had to be returned as it was simply substandard, though the room service team tried to make it up by offering me anotger desert free of charge. Wish this pandemic comes to an end soon and the hotel be able to return to their old standard.

This place ia highly recommended, 72 holiday Inn near by Sakinaka metro staion.
Ambience : Sophisticated, Impressed with the sitting arrangements.
Staff : The staff here is courteous, helpful and attentive.
Drinks: 1. Apple Cider: Which is beer based cocktail and it is too good. If you prefer beer usually then you should definitely go with this.
2. Tropical fruit punch: This one is mocktail and it was also best in taste I will give 5/5 to this mocktail.
Food : so we started with,
1. Fish Finger & Chops: When you are hungry and then you get to taste dish like this its like heaven.
2. Chicken Tikka: I think this was the best dish overthere. First time ever I have tried this taste of chicken tikka.
3. Margarita Pizza: We've already get the best start in foks and some of my friends wanted to try pizza and yes again we are totally satisfied with their quick service and taste.

They do have a pick up shuttle and not sure if they have a drop to airport. However it is not too far and you can also order an Uber. If you do decide to do it then make sure to order it the evening before and specify the time you want it. In your case 1.45 am is good enough
