There are a couple OF things to improve on. 1st, No slippers. Called and a sked the reception, they have none (even with pay). Though there maybe stores just outside the hotel, it’s Not convenient to Go out when you’re already ready for shower. Our package includes Set dinner.

The room was tidy and good enough after visiting the ruins. However there is no aircon so you have to use the window or a heater. The food was acceptable and the staff were attentive. Breakfast was of a good standard and enjoyable The front desk staff were most helpful to us

The Superior Deluxe at the El MaPi by Inkaterra
I know that they are flexible. Our group of 14 had a set time for dinner but they were able to adjust when we were running behind on our schedule.

They were operational in August this year when we were there on vacation. I am surprised at their lack of response- as they seemed very organized and had good customer service.

Do you have Gluten Free food available for breakfast / dinner?
Yes they gave me gluten free bread and crackers - though I told them in advance I was gluten & dairy free.
