Come unwind and rejuvenate, leave the hustle and bustle behind and reconnect with nature. Let the waves kiss your feet and the sand be your seat. The vibrant coral reef right in front of Turtle Valley is just beautiful. It is a great spot for snorkelling. You can see turtles, rays, small reef sharks and an array of beautiful colourful fish right off the resort beach. Use our kayaks and go for a paddle, relax on floating tubes in the tropical ocean or get a book from our library and read peacefully. Our bungalows are built in genuine Malaysian style, with a hint of European lounge feel. We have 6 private bungalows and 2 Family units. One is suitable for a family of 4 and the other unit is suitable for 6-7. Each bungalow has a private bathroom with hot showers, flush toilet and a sink. Each room has a ceiling fan, mosquito net and a sea facing terrace with lounge chairs. Room rates includes fresh towels and a western style breakfast. we offer lunch and dinner at the resort

Great resort, Nadia and Nicholas and their two kids are from South Africa and have very successfully taken over this resort on the nicest spot of the island. They are very warm and welcoming and Nadia having been a chef in South Africa for many years means fantastic breakfasts, lunches and dinners! There are 2 canoes and a lot of snorkeling gear guests can use for free. All bungalows face the white sanded beach and turquoise sea which has a nice snorkeling spot right in front of the resort. All in all I would highly recommend this place!

First time at Kapas Turtle Valley. We’re a small family but we were there with a group of friends. The place is absolutely beautiful! The perfect mix between threes, land and beach! Excellent hosting by Nick, Nadia and there team. Food also excellent. Plenty of options to fill up the time (snorkeling, diving, hiking… or just relaxing at the beach having a great cocktail). Will be back soon for sure!

This was our second time on Kapas island at the Turtle Valley Resort. A small family-run, low-key yet cozy and relaxing resort is what we needed for a short getaway. Nadia and Nick are wonderful hosts and very accommodating in helping to organize activities or helping them with last-minute travel changes. We had plenty to do: snorkeling, kayaking, hiking. We even went out on a fishing trip and on a catamaran we could rent with them. The food - ah, the food - was freshly made every day with a wonderfully versatile daily menu. The BBQ night was certainly one of our highlights during our stay. The only expected downside were the mosquitos - we’re on a tropical island after all - but we were armed with plenty of mosquito repellent :) and Nadia and Nick have mosquito repellent set

It was our second stay at Kapas Turtle Valley together with a bunch of friends. Nadia and Nick are wonderful hosts - welcoming, lovely and always ready to get out of their way to help their guests. In terms of delicious food and nature, it can't get any better. Plus, there are lots of things to do (or not to do:) - either to unwind with a drink and book at the beach or to go swimming, snorkeling, diving, kayaking, hiking... Thank you, Nadia and Nick. We will be back soon!

Our first visit to Kapas Turtle Valley (KTV) was in August 2020. One of the best unpretentious vacations on Kapas Island, Terengganu. A revisit in April 2022 was just as memorable. What made it special? KTV is a family-run getaway where you are warmly welcomed and treated like an old friend. You feel the genuine warmth and hospitality. If you are looking for a quiet oceanfront vacation to read, swim, snorkel, kayak and reflect, this is the place. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Accommodation is simple villas with charming ocean views. The highlight of KTV is the delicious food prepared by Nadia and Nick daily. We especially looked forward to dinner. We highly recommend KTV as a vacation spot.

The first place to go too after staying put in KL for 2 years was to hit the beach. And my to go too place is Turtle Valley Resort on Kapas Island. Stepping off the ferry it was like going back to a home away from home. We were warmly greeted by Nadia, Nicholas and the staff. Such a great feeling to step on the island and breathe in all the clean sea air. When we arrived it was spring tide so the tide was unusually high, however after being warned by Nadia about it we had worn our swimmers underneath our clothing , hence after removing our trousers and foot wear it was no issue that we had to wade a bit in thigh high water . We took the family rooms which had a connecting door. One room had 4 singles, including a bunk , and the other was a queen with a mosquito net. We had great

My family's stay at the Kapas Turtle Valley resort was fantastic. The chalets are in the shade of the trees with a gorgeous sea view. The small beach is exclusive. You can step in the water and snorkle to see corals, fish... Paradise! This is a family owned and operated resort. The owners are super friendly and add that special touch with their dedication. The food was amazing. Menu changed every night. The dishes were very fresh and rich in flavours. For lunch, You absolutely have to try the burgers! They are to die for... I highly recommend this resort. My only word of caution is that because it is on a hillside, there are some steps and stairs. Hence, it might not be the ideal for people with limited mobility or for families with 1 to 3 years old children who are

Myself and my partner stayed for 5 nights, and I cannot describe how beautiful this place is... The food, for me, was the highlight. We are both veggies, and Nadia made an effort to whip up the most mouthwatering dishes every night. I genuinely looked forward to dinner each day! The atmosphere and intimacy of the little cove resort is really wonderful; I'm so glad we found the place - we made some beautiful memories there, and felt at home straight away. Thank you Nadia and Nick for a wonderful holiday. What you have at KTV is really special.

Stayed there 4 nights. I love the sea air, clean water for snorkeling when I was there and Kayaking. Food was great at the resort. I ate western food .Owner Chef from South Africa, friendly , hospitable family. The beach is pebbly and rocky at both ends of the small bay. The room has mosquito net, hot water, fan .......comfortable enough. Everything is brought over from the mainland so please be mindful, rubbish is taken over to the mainland for disposal. The place is simple but I was happy with my short getaway. Bring mosquitoe repellent as in the tropics. Intend to go back again.
