We stayed in room 304, view was not brilliant but we were only there to sleep. There was sometimes smell of drainage in the bathroom but it's to be expected on Thai island accommodation sometimes. Sometimes the shower was hard to get the temperature correct, but the bathroom and bedroom were nice. Really comfy extra kingsize bed and pillows. They will send someone to collect your luggage if they know what time ferry you are arriving on, we did not bother as stayed here before and it is only a short 5 minute walk to the hotel.

Did not use the hotel pool as we prefer the beach. Had breakfast for 350 baht pp on first day, but some of the buffet dishes were lukewarm, it is in a nice setting with lovely views across the bay. After that we ate breakfast elsewhere and cheaper.

You have to pay 500 baht deposit, we accidentally broke a cup 100 baht we had to pay for on departure.

Found the staff to be welcoming, you can not check into your room until 2pm but they will store your luggage.

Phi Phi hotels are more expensive than other islands, but this hotel met our needs as in a quiet position and near the shops/bars/pier and nightlife.

In the middle of the busy part of koh Phi Phi you'll find this hotel. There is a swimming pool and a big restaurant. We enjoyed their breakfasts. The room is quite good and the bathroom as well. A few hooks to hang towels and cloths could be added. The rooms are build close together and from one room you can look into the opposite room. As the windows functions as mirrors you can even see more .... But all together we were happy here. A tip: go and see the fire show at Slinky Bar. It's wonderful.

All in all it's a beautiful property, but there are some improvements that can be made. There's very busy check-ins and the hotel was late checking me into my room. They withhold 500 baht from you as a security deposit for the plastic card key in case of loss. I get it, but I also feel like 500 baht is absurd for a lost plastic card. The room was clean and large, but the views from room 316 were horrible, some back lot of tin roofs. The wifi worked well. The rooms were clean, but were often missing something after being serviced such as a the towels not being replaced or the shower gel not being replaced. The gym was nice, new, but small. If you're unlucky and have a week of gym fanatics, it's hard to make use of it. The breakfast was fairly nice, although the eggs were somewhat oily. The check out at 11:00 is unpleasantly early, especially seeing that they were late checking me in. The location is great, but no one was at the docks to meet the ferry, nor help with luggage that I saw. I'm sure they have this service, but no one was clearly displaying signage for this.

This hotel was a great find and suggestion by Expedia while we were booking our trip and I am glad it showed up because of many things.

It’s just steps away from the Ferry so you don’t have to drag your luggage and walk in the sand or the heat or the small paths to get to your hotel.

The hotel seems like it was centrally located because going to the night parties or the sunset swims or the famous bars they were all merely 5-15 mins walk! We went in January and it was still humid so I can imagine what goes down in the summer months so the short walk actually was a blessing for us since the island has no other form of transportation.

The rooms were large and well equipped. Although we wanted to do a late check out and ready to pay for extra hours we were rudely enough told “no, it’s 11 am, that’s it” so that was the one point I kind of felt weird about but it could be communication issues, I am not sure!

But yes check out is sharp 11 am!

Hotel location is fantastic and fairly new and modern. The pool is nice, but there is very limited shade and only a few loungers so it gets busy.

The staff communication was very poor, we couldn’t put drinks by the pool on the room as the bar tender couldn’t understand us.

The main downside was the shower was cold, and when we told reception, they said they’d sort it, but nothing was done. We weren’t offered a new room or any discount. We asked to have the 200 baht mini-bar bill taken off on checkout as a small gesture to make up for the cold showers throughout our stay but even this was refused!

Another problem was the noisy staff talking on radios outside our room in the morning, as our room was close to the maids cleaning station.

Definitely not the service you expect from a 4 star hotel. It’s a shame as otherwise the hotel was good.

Beware of the rooms at the back of the hotel. Ours (113) faced a backdoor alley with a bundle of thick electric wires hanging just outside the balcony. Not what you expect at an island like Phi-Phi. When we asked for another room, we were told that we had booked a room with "no view" (sic!). No such description was however available at our booking site. The manager of the reception desk did not flinch one inch, even though we showed her the full description that we had printed out. This lack of customer service was disappointing, although the room as such was fine - with curtains closed.

I stayed here recently in my own room, however traveling with my sisters. We read the reviews and decided to stay anyway considering some had a positive experience. We were met at the pier with the most friendly staff to help with luggage and escort us to the hotel. Check in went smoothly, got to our rooms and were pleasantly surprised by lack of smell. In the room there are the usual warnings, no smoking, no durian, however you are greeted with a list of misdemeanors, loss/damage to anything from the teaspoon to the pillow cases are printed out with prices. We are not children yet I felt like I was staying in a place I could not touch/sleep comfortably. My sisters room, upon check in was dirty. She was taken to her room only to find open drinks and a room that was clearly in use/ or had not been cleaned.
The first night I could not sleep due to the sound of the air conditioning and no option but to keep it on due to the heat. We had a 4am wake up for a sunrise boat trip. I’m not sure if it was the whole island or our hotel, but the electricity went out and the generator was so loud! On the second night (I’m petrified of snakes, I check under every surface) I pulled up the duvet to check for anything living, only to find a stain which looked like foundation/make up at the foot of the bed and sand. I called reception to let them know, for one, I didn’t want to be charged for a stain I didn’t cause and two, so they could change the dirty sheet. Understandably it was 11 at night and housekeeping was long gone but I was told to call in the morning. There was no offer to change the sheet or to bring me another one so I could change it. By that time the sewage smell we had read about, was really bad, first just in the bathroom but then the room (This is definitely an island issue not a hotel issue). Overall the staff were really nice but the hygiene was shocking.

Stayed here a couple of weeks ago with my wife and my two boys who are 9 and 13. We actually stayed here in 2018 when spending the night on Phi Phi and as it did the job well, we decided to come back.

We booked online a few months before and booked two rooms. One for my wife and myself one for the boys to share. We asked for rooms next to each other so obviously we could keep an eye on them. The hotel fulfilled this request without a problem.

I will begin by saying you probably wouldn’t want to spend more than a few days here but then again the islands would probably just be for a short break. That is not meant to insult the rooms; what I am saying is that they fulfil a purpose: clean and a place to rest in an evening. A base.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk away from the pier. Reception is kind and welcoming. We paid for the better rooms which definitely showed as they were better than last time and more spacious. Hotel also has a pool which is nice. Furthermore, they also have a communal (obviously lockable!) shower facility which was great because we had to check out in the morning and then went onto the beach and on a tour of the islands so managed to get clean and dry even after we had checked out.

This was our third visit onto Phi Phi and will definitely not be our last… we would definitely stay in this hotel again for its reasonably priced, conveniently located and everything you’d need.

The resort location was great about 5 min from the pier on foot. It was convinced because everything was near. The room was specious, clean and quiet. The double-room bed was very big and comfortable. The pool was nice. I will definitely come back.

After researching where to stay in phi phi as there are very few hotels rated well in phi phi, we decided on this hotel due to its location and ‘okay’ reviews. Ok so it definitely wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be from some of the reviews, however; there is a slight smell in the bathroom (I think this is common for phi phi and the drainage systems they have, so can’t exactly be helped), the breakfast was typical of Thailand hotels so that was fine, the location was very central on the island but far enough away from the party areas to be able to get a good night sleep. The only real disappointment was the staff - while we have been visiting Thailand, Thai people have been all so friendly and welcoming, however at this hotel you seemed quite lucky to get eye contact, a smile or a hello which we found a bit odd after spending a few weeks in other areas of Thailand.
All in all the hotel was okay. Not great, not terrible!
