Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
Fabulous, dream like location this, with a great pool area and an absolutely stunning backdrop. We had breakfast which was decent with an array of options. The rooms are lovely if a little overlooked by the way they are all facing into the pool. Our only complaint was that the air conditioning seemed to be making all our clothes and the bedding damp. From reading other reviews it seems to be an issue and we tried various solutions to no avail. There were also some extremely rude Israeli guests at the time but the hotel can’t do much about that. Some people are just arrogant.

Like most hotels on Phi Phi this property is pretty basic and a little dated, however with that being kept in mind, we were pleased with our stay here.
Opted for pool access room - recommend this if you stay here. Two sun lounges out on the deck and jump straight in!
Great location on the opposite bay to where the ferries pull in (however this is literally 50m away so you're still right in the action).
Overall recommend this option for Phi Phi if you want a medium sized western-style accommodation option in a fantastic location.

After reading the reviews on this hotel we were a bit concerned prior to arriving, however our experience was very good. On approaching the hotel after getting off the ferry, the porter spotted us and rushed to help us get to the reception.
The room was lovely with very good air con. The only criticism would be that you could clearly see into other rooms opposite, so needed to keep the curtains drawn.
Breakfast was good as was pool area. Stayed for two nights and we were very comfortable whilst there.
All in all, a good hotel and a lovely stay.

Originally scheduled for a three-night stay, we checked out after just one night due to a nightmare experience. Exhausted from our journey, we attempted to sleep at 10:30 PM, only to be kept awake by deafening music from two nearby venues. It felt like trying to sleep at a rave, with noise so intense that even noise-canceling headphones were ineffective. Imagine a techno version of the theme tune from Madagascar on steroids, playing on endless repeat!
We called reception and were told the music would end by midnight, but it blared on until 3:45 AM. With no sleep, I approached the manager at 7 AM. We couldn't change rooms, as the hotel was full, and the music permeated every corner of the small establishment. When I requested a refund for the remaining nights, I was redirected to booking.com, only to be sent back to the hotel, where my complaint was dismissed outright, and no refund was offered.
Additionally, the hotel beds as described by other reviews were rock hard. I didn't respect these reviews prior to arrival as I have a firm mattresss at home, but the hotel's are a whole new level. CONCRETE! It left my back aching for the entire day.
Unable to face two more sleepless nights, we fled on the next ferry, cutting our trip short to just an afternoon.
To sum it up, if sleeping is on your agenda, steer clear of this hotel—unless you plan on staying inebriated or off your face throughout your entire visit.

Just returned to Bangkok after a fantastic 7 nights at the Harbour View. I cannot fault our stay. The hotel is ideally located, just a very short distance from the pier, Ton Sai Beach & all the shops, restraunts & bars. Loh Dalum Beach is directly to the rear of the hotel & the section of beach is cleaned of any litter by the hotel staff each morning. The hotel reception are very welcoming & always available to help with any questions. Our room was on the first floor. The room was a very good size with a double & single bed. Very clean, the towels & bed sheets were changed daily. Toiletries in the bathroom replenished daily & tea, coffee & water all replenished daily. There's a good sized balcony over looking the pool. There was a very good selection of food available for breakfast. If you like the party scene then just a 5 minute walk along Loh Dalum beach you'll come to the Ibiza Hostel, Slinky's etc. If you want a quiet evening relaxing on the balcony don't worry, you can barely hear the music from the bars at the other end of Loh Dalum beach & it won't disturb you at all. This hotel is ideal for families, couples & singles. Really honestly cannot fault it.

This hotel reminds me of what you might experience in a hostel rather than a hotel. The beds are like sleeping on pool tables. The Air con does do its job which was great. What got me was the cleanliness!!! The shower heads were full of mould, and the curtains in the bathroom were absolutely manky. Also while you are in the shower you can smell sewerage of some sort which is not pleasant. On the floor when you get out of the elevator to go to your room the windows open back fully which for me would be a major safety concern with anyone that has children. Staff are very kind. Im sure with some sort of direction and quality controls these problems can be overcome. Otherwise knock this hotel and start again. This is no where near being a 4 star, so i would suggest starting to fix these issues before they get any worse. Also the bed sheets that we experienced had stains on the linens which didn’t help this below par review. P.s Cleanliness in a hotel should not be questioned, no guest should be allowed enter a dirty room after paying top rates to being accommodated!! I purposely did not want to post any pics. Nor did we want to stay another night, this should be paradise not hell.

What a lovely hotel, we booked by chance for one night as we were visiting the island on a boat trip, they made us so welcome. The porter even came down to the harbour front where we were having dinner to tell us our rooms were ready. The pool at the rear of the property was beach side and was very relaxing and we spent a good amount of time in it. It's close to the amenities and the shops for buying all the little trinkets and any you might need and it's also not far from McDonald's if you want to pop in for an ice cream, the food establishments on the island are amazing and cheap to eat at, the next time we're in Thailand we will be booking this hotel again for a lot longer than one night.

Not very impressed, the beds are so hard, it would almost be better sleeping on the floor. Wifi is slow and unstable, the pool bar is open about 20 minutes a day. We had a swim out room, but no step/ladder made it hard to get out of the pool. Cleaning was poor, and the staff not very helpful/ service minded. The appartment smelled mould, allthough they claimed it was newly refurbished. The building opposite the pool was undergoing renovation, so the view was unpleasant, and painters watching us on the porch. Breakfast was limited and not very inspiring. Nice location, but that's about it.

Excellent hotel, very well located near the port where you reach Phi Phi. To our surprise, there was a very helpful hotel employee at the pier to help us carry our bags to the hotel. In fact, the service from all the staff is excellent. The room is spacious, very clean and modern. A few meters away are several restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and all the attractions of Phi Phi (it is a very small island, so you can do everything on foot). Breakfast is served in an annex on the beach, with a beautiful view, which in itself is worth it. There are many tours leaving from other cities to visit Phi Phi, but be sure to spend a few nights to really enjoy the island, and Phi Phi Harbor View is an excellent option for that.

I was anxious to reserve this hotel as it seems very few of the in-town hotels in Koh Phi Phi get good reviews. What a surprise it was that we were very pleased with our stay here! The hotel is easily walkable from the main ferry landing, but is largely removed and quiet from Koh Phi Phi’s raucous party scene . The service level was outstanding… the staff was always eager to help with warm smiles. We were so glad we chose this property for only a 2 night stay as it was convenient for our very early tour to Maya Bay and to many excellent restaurants . I can highly recommend the Harbour View as an excellent choice to stay in Koh Phi Phi!
