Only thing good about it is the location. All major spots in walkable distance. Rest not worth. Room are not maintained properly not worth the money we pay. Breakfast not upto the mark. Serving area is unhygienic No room service not even water is supplied properly. I paid 5000 per day for something they call it as suit room. Except been spacious nothing worth. Vrery low maintained good property.

They had given such a bad hospitality and bad service throughout. They want the money but dont wish to give any service worth the money.I dont know how the owner of the hotel can not look after it nicely then he should shut it down.Giving a 3rd class service doesnt make a good hospitality hotel.i had sent my parents there there for 2 night stay and because of the worst service and unprofessional staff they checkd out aftr 1 night. Heater is not working, ordered food is not brought and i had transfered amount to their account in advance to book the room but even the reception staff is not aware of that and they asked for cash again. VERY BAD ....SPOILING AND CHEATING GUESTS IN NAME OF A STAR HOTEL.

We feel very comfortable, the location of the room is also very nice since it is very near to the lake we enjoyed a lot, food is good and tasty. The riding in the lake feels very good. the overall experience of the room, location makes a good experience, friendly and very helpful staff

We were a group of about 30 people who stayed at RT Hill View. Good thing about the hotel is that it is centrally located very close to the lake. The initial room allotment process was a nightmare and was the breakfast too. However after we came back from sightseeing we had a very pleasant experience. Staff were quite helpful; we had 3-4 people who requested for Jain food and the mgmt graciously served them Jain food. Overall food quality was average. Rooms were also average with water seepage in the walls. We were given access to a hall with music & lighting which was very good for karoke singing and dancing. All of us enjoyed it the most.

RT Hill View is Excellent place, Nice & Clean Room with Scenic View. Staff Also very Cuteous & Soft Spoken. Breakfast had sufficient options we found Just work on Food Part...Some improvements will be advisable...Overall Nice Experience

WELL located near lake.but we were cheated as we booked through OYO hotels.5 rooms booked same tariff but all rooms of different sizes.hotel staff non co operative.asked us to complain to oyo people.oyo had no satisfactory answer to our querry.on full payment to hotel no reciept was given.food was good.breskfast typical south indian

It's value for money. Good environment, near to lake area, friendly services, room cleanliness were up to the worth. It's a great experience. Actually we reached hotel by morning 8.00AM , but our check in time was 10.00AM. We planned for sight seeing by 9.00, we were worried that we may miss the tour bus. But they gave us room for refresh and also shifted our luggage to our booked room at our check in time. They didn't charged anything extra. It's a nice friendly approach by the team.

Had an excellent stay for 4 nights . This property is close to lake so we could easily walk around to see the main attractions of kodai like lake, park, coacker’s walk ,and restaurants. Had good sleep as there was no noise . The room service , room heaters and water heaters were good . The servicing team and the managers were courteous and very supportive. I fell a bit sick on the first day of my arrival due to stomach upset and the room service guys took much care by providing juice , curd and offered tablets . Felt much safe and homely as the security was at both front and back gates. Breakfast was good. But Dinner Cooking needs improvement as there was lot of oil and bit too spicy and less choices in good the menu.Overall The property is very good and I will surely book here for my next trip. …

Rooms are good with all amenities. Breakfast also good, if its additional then 170 +tax/person. Rooms are clean, specioues leisure hall. For Room Service i give 2 * . Grayser service fix, took 3 followups from morning to night. Service numbers and dinner food menu and other information are missing or not instructed. Otherwise we enjoyed this stay.
