The hotel is lovely! Great service from all staff, from front desk to bar area to room service. Wish there was more outdoor lounging area, otherwise, great lobby to relax and meet with friends. The room was very comfortable with a great shower, firm comfortable bed and great pillows.
All-Inn Sorocaba is a value-for-money option, clean, well kept, with lunch and dinner buffet options, and easy access from the motorway. I stay there every time I am in town for business. Staff is friendly and solicitous, and a fair option for business travelers. Not your holiday destination, though.
I have stayed at the All Inn hotel for several visits. It is a new, nice, clean hotel with good air conditioning (important in Brazil) and a great staff. The reception team is welcoming, friendly and happy to help with whatever you may need. The rooms are a good size with televisions and good programming (mainly in Portuguese). They provide shampoo and conditioner, but I would advise bringing your own amenities. Note - tissues are not generally provided in Brazilian hotels, so be sure to bring your own. Additionally, they have a small mini-frig with waters and other drinks. Not too pricey if you are in a pinch and need a drink. The breakfast buffet is nice with lots of choices and a great coffee machine that makes lattes and espresso drinks. For those of you new to Brazil, keep in mind that Cappuccinos are made with chocolate. I have also had lunch at the hotel and the lunch buffet is also nice with great options. The hotel is very near to a nice park for walking and a great bakery (Real) for delicious treats.…
The hotel is fairly new and conveniently located for those visiting Sorocaba from the Sao Paulo area. The neighborhood is quiet but has enough amenities (parks, restaurants, shopping) to make the distance from downtown a non-issue. The staff is very friendly and goes all the way to meet the guest's needs and then some. Two minor issues: the chair/desk combination in the rooms is sufficient for occassional use only (i.e, may not be very good if you intend to work a lot from your room) and there's no onsite gym or pool (although there's a park right in front of the hotel and they have started offering discount attendance at a nearby fitness centre). Excellent choice for short/medium business trips to Sorocaba. Slightly less so if you're planning an extended stay.
Great location, close to the highway, there’s a park and restaurant/bakery/supermarket near by. brand new hotel, very clean, staff is nice and bilingual. Breakfast is good a lot of options with Brazilian delicacies.
