We stayed 1 night as a group. But you can understand how a kind of hotel even one night stay. First of all windows are very thin and you feel cold in the night. I image to take a shower before I receive the hotel but because of being cold it was not possible. There was an air conditioner but not enough to warm actually. They keep our lagguages at baggage room but when we take it we saw "Roach" on our suitcases. The entrance of the hotel is ok. There are coffee services 7/24. But you should see your room definitely. Our plane was after midnight. We requested from the reseptionist to call Uber which is official in Brazil. But he tried to arrange his friends for double charges. They did not call Uber for us. Terrible ...

Very good value - we got a suite for the price of a room. The 11th floor suite comprised 2 bedrooms, reception room (2 settees, desk, chairs and fridge), and toilet including shower. Wi-fi in rooms. The bedrooms had a rough wall texture which might be of concern to parents. The area is central (close to Santa Cecilia metro station), but felt to be unsafe after dark. The hotel does not do dinner, and there are very few nearby good restaurants. 5 stars for accommodation, 3 stars for neighbourhood.

I stayed here last year with 2 friends and I wasn't very impressed overall. I found the location to be poor and felt uncomfortable walking around outside the hotel at night. We was hit with a huge bill for laundry, the receptionist was very clear about the cost when we enquires only to be left with a massive bill when checking out. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

I have stayed in more than 200 hotels but I can't forget this hotel in my life. Upon arrival the big long hall was full of black plastic bags (arounf 50-60) and it was so stinking, I would vomit. I think it was tobacco item. This hotel seems to be cheap choice of street howkers or small vendors. The hotel was very low from a averge hotel. It was stinking, rooms were too small, smaller than a bathroom of an average hotel, there was 1 single bed and no more place at all. Towels were small and outworn. I have adjusting nature but here I woudn't surive. So I had leave at all. I have stayed from most expensive 5 star hotels to small hotels like Etap, but this was out of the world. I explained the staff and they co-operated and finally I took asylum at Formule 1 hotel nearby and that wats10 times better (Imagine, how would you compare with Hilton or Intercontinental). Accor group is at least hyginic and I believe every guest has write on healthy air in the room. Not to forget, very strange type of lift I came across, it operates only on the wish and trucs of the staffs and looks likfe from 18th century.

Average hotel in an average SP neighborhood. Don't expect anything grand...more like a hostel/hotel with some questionable customers as expected in this area. Good value compared to the rest. Friendly and honest staff. No parking but there's a bunch of lots across the street for $R14/night. There's a big well known club called D-Edge nearby. The club sucks on most nights but there are nights that are worth checking out.

I have to day I found the location and price of this Hotel (cheap through Hostelworld) very affordable, I ready some online critizim of the neighborhood, but honestly if your coming to Sao Paulo...there are no nice neishborhoods with hotels. This is a realy good place to see the whole of Centro on foot from, plus there are plenty of bars and restraunts 5 mins walk away, ok you have bums sleeping on the road and transexaul hookers on the corners but this is Brazil. Only critism are: My Single Room is very small (but not as small as the room I had in Rio), there is no A/C in my room , just a fan(so just leave the fridge door open). They dont have safes or even safety deposit boxes (so leave the lights and th TV on all the time to create the illusion of some being in the room). The walls are very thin and like many latins, other customers at the hotel a noisy into the early hours. The breakfast started well but went down hill after 2 days, first the hot food (only one dish of Scambled Eggs or Boild Sausage) stopped, then the juice stopped. So it was bread roles with cheese and ham or cornflakes, with coffee. Only one of the 2 of the staff speak any English (the younger 2) but they were very helpfull. I would definately stay here again for the price and centralness of the location.

We booked 4 nights at this city centre hotel at a reduced rate through hostelworld... it should be rated a 2 or 3 star hotel, definitely NOT a hostel, Spacious rooms (we had a three room apartment to sleep 6 for two of us); although, on arrival, the immediate environment is disappointing do not be put off, once inside it is very nice and kept perfectly clean, towels and linen changed daily, very helpful on reception and all this only a few minutes walk from Praca Republica with myriad bars, restaurants and shopping. There is a closer Metro station Sta Cecilia but going in that direction the area is a bit "iffy". Would definitely stay again and would still be good value at their normal advertised rates.
