Nice beds, great shower and well located hotel. Food is a highlight and they make even their own pasta in the house. The price is hood and the staff looks to you every time. A little bit away from the freeway but this is a good thing. I'll come back.

After some years visiting Paulinia finally a 4* hotel available. Only reception is talking English, but rest of staff is quite friendly even without. Small pool only. Nice rooms, excellent bathroom. Back of hotel is a construction site for 2 new buildings, not a nice view these days, but will disappear the other day. Rooms to the street are NOT quiet. Location of hotel is remote, nothing in walking distance.

I have stayed here many times over the last 3 years. On making this booking I needed to pay in advance for 2 nights. Due to flight cancellations I needed to cancel one night. Management not interested in crediting for the one night viewing it as a no show, but they were informed at least 12 hours earlier that I could not book in that day. To cap it all after giving my credit card details to confirm the booking, my credit card was hacked. They will never see me again!!!!

Scrambled egg soup and AC that only runs when you are in the room sums it up. This hotel is not up to US standards so either be patient and go without coffee service in your room, or stay in Campinas. The only thing close to this place is a small mall where you have better/cheaper food options.

Stayed here for several nights on a business stay. Rooms are nice and food was Okay. The WiFi was a disaster. WiFi is a necessity for any hotel that caters to business. Lots of dropouts with difficulties reconnecting. If the WiFi worked properly I would have rated it a 4. Not much to do around the hotel but it is in a very safe area. No issues running or walking in the neighborhood solo.

I came here for business trip and our colleague recommended it since it was close to our host's apartment. We didn't have a car but this was convenient location across from the Paulinia Mall. We arrived early but the hotel was able to check us in at around noon. Our rooms were slightly different. My colleague who was traveling with me got the corner room with vaulted ceiling. I had a middle room without the vaulted ceiling. There is a restaurant and bar next to the hotel with reasonable hours. We visited the mall for lunch and then rested before dinner at the hotel. Overall, our stay was very good and accommodating. We didn't have adapter plugs and the front desk was able to provide this to us. Also, my room gave me really bad allergies so I was able to change room in the middle of my stay. I will give a brief review of all the amenities below.

BREAKFAST ***
The breakfast was buffet which changed a little over the week. I was very impressed that local fruits were served for breakfast such as papaya, watermelon, and honeydew. Also, there was nice selection of bread and nice spread of cold cut meats and cheeses. I usually like to eat oatmeal and there was none. However, there was a selection of cereal.

DINNER ****
In terms of quality, this is far superb compared to what is available across the street at the Paulina mall. I would have to say that the bar has louder music and tends to fill up. The restaurant has more space but sometimes it hosts parties so there is a DJ too. However, not as frequent compared to the bar of course.

ROOM ***
The room has AC and light controlled by activated room key card. Once you remove it, the room no longer has AC and lights are turned off. This is for energy-conservation. You will also notice the floor lights are off and motion-sensitive once you leave the elevator. We had another colleague visit later and he requested 2 room keys to keep his room cool at all times. The beds are pretty firm but I got used to it. Also, there are frequent parties so my colleagues also mentioned being awoken at night to loud music from restaurant. I ended up wearing earplugs at night to get a good night's sleep. The housekeeping kept everything clean and tidy which was nice. Also, the TV is nice that you can select English rather than hear Portuguese on the international channels.

FITNESS ROOM ***
During my stay, I visited the fitness room which is on the mezzanine level. You have to walk across to the opposite side closer to the restaurant in order to get to this middle level. The nice thing about the gym is that it has a water purification unit. So, I refilled my water bottle there every other day or so. There is only 2 treadmills and one bike and elliptical. This made it a little challenging with using equipment since this hotel is a convention center with 19 floors (172 rooms). Most of the time, I was able to use the treadmills and other times not. There is a very extensive weight lifting equipment so that is nice too.

POOL ***
The only pool is outdoor and it is really mostly decoration. There is a wading pool at both ends next to seating area. In the middle is a long, narrow, deeper pool for lap swimming. I say narrow since really it can fit two people width. The times I used it there were maybe just 2 people so this was fine. The pool was nice but not heated. The hotel blocks most of the sun so it still felt a little cold to swim in. No towels on the chairs so you have to get it from the lobby. Otherwise, it was nice but would have preferred heated pool.

LOBBY DESK ****
In terms of service, the staff was wonderful to get us taxi over the weekend. They also helped out to change my room in the middle of the stay. Also, they spoke English which made it easier for us. We found that in the malls and stores that few spoke English.

Feels like brand new. Spacious rooms with lots of natural light. Restaurant OK, but nothing spectacular. Friendly staff, very helpful. On my personal scale this hotel is OK plus. Recommended if you have business in the neighborhood.

Rooms and breakfast were just ok, but parking was horrible. In addition to having a tree blocking the space for expecting moms, access to the rest of spaces had no proper access, forcing one to either walk on a busy road or jumping over a garden wall block. Various complains were submitted from various guests, but nothing was made during the 15 days I was there. I didn't even get a feedback from the hotel management. Covered parking is available if you are willing to pay a high fee daily.
