Unfortunately at 03:00am I had to go down to get blankets for my son because it not had in the room, and the phone was not working I had to call from the cell phone to the hotel. I suggest leaving the blankets in the room, or even because of economy, at least offer at checkin time.
The hotel is located inside a Shopping Plaza which facilitates your stay in terms of logistics and security. The apartment was clean, the restaurant offered a great selection for breakfast and the site was well conserved.
I prefer the IBIS in ITU, because of the location. The receptionist was very friendly and efficient. The breakfast is standard for IBIS hotels. Rooms are on the small side, but very clean. Good value for your money.
The hotel is modern, fresh and contemporary. I recently stayed here during a hobby event. The room is compact, but well appointed and maintained. It was ideal for my requirements as I was essentially just sleeping in the room. The staff were friendlt and helpful throughout my visit. I would certainly return in the future.
Clean, Organized, efficient as all IBIS could be. It's been a long time that I didn't stay there, but nothing changed, good for people passing by thru Itu, they have a very good breakfast. I recomend.
