Detailed Reviews
My husband and I stayed here 3 nights. The grounds and pools were beautiful. The service was great. The food was average.
The room was lacking unfortunately. We stayed in one of the regular rooms with a king bed. The mattress was hard and not comfortable. The room was decent sized but the bathroom was SO tiny. You could barely open the door without hitting the toilet. Definitely not room for 2 in there. The rooms are in need of some repairs/updating (paint scratched in some areas and peeling in bathroom, chipped tile, moldy grout in shower and bathroom door water damaged (wood cracked/chipped, paint peeling).

They have an incredible nursery, with a beautiful structure and excellent professionals! The child can stay there for up to 4 hours (babies who walk up to 3 years old). In addition to Vila do Caco, which is lovely. The entertainers are very cool, especially the T-Rex and the star, as well as the children who are very good people.

+1
The recreation of the hotel is one of the strengths. Arena Caco, castle, katakuca and recreators are great. In the program for adults we participated in a wine tasting, caipirinha championship and Italian dinner in a beautiful house.
The room is very comfortable. Cute towel, sweater and slippers, amenities of the Trousseau (whichever delights) and edredom of those heavy that guarantee a quiet night's sleep. If there is something to be improved, it is the dining space where guests on holiday and in swimsuits transit between guest suit and social clothes, due to the many business events held on site. This, in addition to embarrassing, ends with the holiday climate referring us to the business environment from which we are purposefully distant. Let me say, activation. If you can leave your reservation for the months when the activation takes place, it will be very profitable with yoga sessions on the heliport, pilates and many more.
It was the first time my daughter cried when she left a hotel. I liked it very much and intend to come back!

I decided to put my review on the hotel’s event space. It brings excellent concerts, follows the calendar of the major capitals and is a good space, as long as your table is in front, because it does not have the necessary floor lift for those sitting behind, it is all flat, which too damages the vision of the stage in the last tables. A big fault for me is that the only beer option is the Black Princess, of quality and taste beyond doubts (20 reais a can). The food is not good, and very expensive, the portions are tiny and already come to the table half dried and hot (the gorgonzola sauce that accompanies the croquet saves a little). Taking these little problems, it is quite reasonable, great bathrooms and very close, quiet access. Highlight are the table attendants, very helpful. They are served all night, which on the one hand is good, but on the other it can shake the vision a little. I don't know if I would come back, but only because of the beer: drinkable really!!

Overall experience was very good
I stayed at the Royal for a week with my mother and my 6 year old son
We had a week of lots of sun and that certainly helped the experience a lot.
I stayed in the super luxury apartment (I recommend it as it is close to the pool)
The room is very comfortable, excellent beds, high quality bed linen and shower.
Troussead amenities and complimentary water every day.
Room service is fast and super well served
Extremely prompt general service. Very polite staff willing to make your experience magnificent
Very polite waiters, and a special mention to SR Gonçalo. He is a sweet person
A place where children can eat, it’s also really cool and very well done.
Vila do Caco and Miniville are really cool highlights for those with children
Spectacular pool area. All very clean and pleasant.
I highlight points of opportunity that in my opinion could be improved
Food - the same things every day, cold food and almost no variety
The breakfast therefore urgently needs to be improved. For the price charged, there are countless hotels in the same category that provide far superior food.
Coffee and milk always served cold. I always had to ask them to heat it up in the microwave.
Prices for pool extras are quite expensive
Lacks an indoor heated pool
Recreation could be better. I found it weak

We are here during the Children's Day holiday with my husband and our two children. The room is acceptable, although there are small damaged furniture and carpet. However, the bathroom has a great shower and the bed is comfortable.
The resort's cuisine did not impress us. Not that it's bad, but it lacks flavor and diversity. Compared to competitors, its options are basic and unsophisticated. The highlight is the breakfast, which, even though it is the best of the meals, is not extraordinary.
We were surprised by queues at the entrance to the restaurants, something unheard of for us in resorts of this type. Additionally, we missed having a sauna included in the amenities. The only one available has an additional cost of R$180.00 for two hours.
However, it is necessary to praise the monitors, who are extremely attentive and lively. My oldest daughter loved interacting with them.
In summary, considering other experiences we had in similar resorts for the same price, this one fell short of expectations. We are not likely to return.

The price is incredibly high and for that you got an old room, with stincking bathroom, a too soft bed and the noise of the highway. The food, that used to be good, it was, to be kind, average.
Went for a convention but not going to comit same mistake again. Never more.

I confess that I was very disappointed with my stay!
We arrived on Friday, around 8pm and went to reception to check in! We had a long queue and, only when it was our turn, we were informed that our check-in was on the other floor, as we were masters! There was no one at reception to provide this information!
We left our things in the room and went to dinner! When we arrived at Vila Royal, there was a waiting list and we had to wait at the bar. I'm surprised that a hotel of your size has a small restaurant and guests have to wait!
Furthermore, the restaurant has very few employees and when we needed a spoon, for example, we had to wait!
The restaurant has a food island, so there's always a line!
At the pool, there are very few employees and they still place orders on paper, which delays their work a lot, since when they take the order, they have to take it to the bar, wait for the order and deliver it to the guest!
I had to wait 30 minutes for water!
Finally, at check-out, even though we knew that many people would leave the hotel at the same time, there was only 1 employee, that is, another 40 minutes in line!
Strengths:
- spacious and clean suite
- attentive staff
- VERY good food

Strengths:
1. Food, very good.
2. Various leisure options.
3. Service in the room, they were quick when extra pillows and towels were requested.
Negative points:
1. Old hotel with some rooms that smell old
2. Slow service and errors in ordering at the restaurant, with employees retorting that the hotel is very full and that it is not their fault for being like this..., on this point, it is clear that the hotel is not prepared to serve large sudden holiday shifts or employees are not adequately trained.
3. The Caco arena (toy library) is closed during the day, including on public holidays with the hotel full of children.
4. The water in the pool burned the eyes after a few dives and only became warm after 2 days of the holiday.
5. The parking service is outsourced to Indigo, and it was the worst part, firstly I arrived with the family and went to check in the car and my children and my wife got out, and the car was taken with the luggage inside, without checking baggage claim. And, it is clear that the receptionists are confused by the inadequate system, as the prism numbers are written down in a notebook and the valet checks this notebook and the numbers are crossed out when they arrive for delivery. Generating errors and delays, imagine waiting 30 minutes to leave the hotel, guests are almost without exception irritated, as they know they will face congestion... I suppose that Indigo is the largest parking company in terms of service points, having a system As archaic and inefficient as this is surprisingly negative. And, supervisor Viviane Trevizan even tried to appease, but the two attendants again replied that the hotel is very full and that it is not their fault for being like this..., on this point, it is clear that the parking lot is not prepared to handle sudden large holiday shifts or employees are not adequately trained.

Not worth the high daily price. The hotel is large, and the reception staff make no effort to please guests. Our room had a leak in the bathroom, the bed was hard and so were the pillows. Buffet style breakfast, reasonable, what saves the hotel is the pool area, which is beautiful.

Olá, Nicoly! Agradeço seus comentários. Sua opinião é muito importante para nós. Volte mais vezes!
Frankly, I don't know. Because I do not travel with pets I don't ask about it. But I don't remember having seen any in the public spaces of the resort (lounge, pool area, restaurant). Why don't you check with the hire directly?
Sim... Você é obrigado a deixar com o manobrista, uma vez que é uma empresa privada que cuida do sistema de valet
Olá, tudo bem?
